Abandoned

Matapos kong ikalma ang sarili ko dahil feeling ko ay mababaliw na ako, okay lang sana kung sakanya ako mabaliw ang kaso hinde.

Nag decide akong ikutin ang buong siyudad pero Ilang oras na akong paikot ikot ni isang tao ay wala akong nakita.

Is this the end of the world? It's not, right?

Because I'm still here.

So did they leave the whole city?

But why didn't they take me. They left me abandoned in this big city.

'Yung utak ko sasabog na ata dahil sa mga nangyayari. Probably if this is just a normal day I would have a breakdown but no, I need to find answers.

Inihinto ko ang kotse sa parking ng mall. There were other vehicles too which was suspicious, if everyone left the city... why didn't they leave with their cars?

I went out hoping I could see a person inside the mall. I was about to enter but a newspaper flew right on my face.

"seriously?" I rolled my eyes.

HOT NEWS:

Unidentified Flying Object was seen on the skies of Toronto, Canada.

"Could this be a threat to the humanity?"

Natawa ako sa headline nila, faith news na naman.

Atsaka, ano sila, Bata? Why would they believe in such things that don't have actual proof, kaya madaming umaasa, madaming tamang-hinala at madaming nasasaktan kasi nag papaloko tayo.

My whole day was spent looking for answers to feed my hungry brain from information. It was 1:30 am when I decided to go home. On my way I noticed a bar similar to the flashback I witnessed.

"Hey!" bati ko kay Diana para maibsan ang awkward atmosphere.

Bakit sila nakatingin sa'kin? Palibhasa maganda ako.

"Happy birthday gurl!" we tossed a drink at walang katapusang shot ang ginawa.

Hanngang sa I felt throwing up kaya nag-excuse ako para pumunta sa washroom. Lumabas ako matapos magsuka then a man grabbed my arm and slammed me on the wall.

"What the heck?!" sigaw ko sa kanya.

"Sorry, Dares" he said before pressing his lips against mine the effect of alcohol made me kiss back.

"Mind if we do this in other place?" hinatak niya ako papalabas.

We crashed into peoples who made him do the dare..

"Hey, Miguel! Don't bother to bring Van home" Diana adviced.

We we're outside the bar someone punched him, I figured out it was my older brother Alexis with his eyes darkened and raging speed of driving. We arrived at the mansion my parents was seriously angry about what my brother told them.

I was out of my mind when I started talking back to them. The next thing I knew they locked me up in the secret room under our house because I was trying to escape them.

An hour perhaps had pass before a gas started to fill the room and I collapsed hitting my head to the cold ground.

Napasinghap ako.

Pinaandar ko ng kotse habang ang mukha ay di maipinta. Ano ba 'yung pinaggagawa ko?? Nakakahiya ka gurl kung sino sino 'yung ka-momol mo tapos go na go pa ako don.

I immediately checked my phone when I arrived, the signal was 4G. Tumunog ang phone ko sa dami ng notifs na hindi ko pa nabuksan.

I posted on IG with the picture of the whole mansion caption's 'Prank? Not funny' with a disgusted face. Nag selfie na rin ako dahil sayang ang araw na walang magandang picture ang na i-save.

Umakyat ako para mag-shower, wala pa akong ligo.

Pagtapos ay lumabas ako sa terrace para lumanghap ng sariwang hangin but I found something... No, someone! Baka natauhan din sila sa pagjojoke nila.

They can't fool me, Vanilla Marie Evañez ata ito? Sa lalaki lang ako nag papaloko, char!

"Bongga ng prank niyo pero ayoko ng prank niyo ngayon ah." they didn't respond, nakatayo lang sila kumpol kumpol hindi ko makita ang mukha nila. "Nakakaloka, tampo agad kayo?"

Nagulat ako ng lumingon sila

"Sh*t!" I cursed.

Sana hindi na lang pala sila lumingon.
