17 Prep Time

"Brat?"

Zabuza was shocked that Yuki had arrived and threw him some gear, he already had gear ready but this, this was Konoha gear.

"Wear this, I'd hate to do this but, I need you to do something, when the invasion starts, I'd like for the two of you to run around and find battles where Konoha jonins are there, make sure there are at least two."

"Why?"

Zabuza asked, Yuki kept visiting them late at night, he never questioned how he traveled so fast but he remembered that one line 'I can make anyone shut up for the rest of their life' and he began believing it.

"Just do it, kill one save one, if its a dangerous task just kill the two, its enough for them to see your mask and the black cloak."

"Are you the reincarnation of a Hokage or something? Do you want to usurp the Hokage Seat?"

"Would you believe me if I said I am the reincarnation of Hashirama Senju?"

"I would."

Zabuza told Yuki who just nodded, he accepted their assignments on just to create chaos while killing anyone, he didn't know what had happened but if it was killing they would do it without a doubt.

Yuki left them, as he teleported back to his home, he had already made his decisions and will have to live with it

Yuki muttered as he returned to his room, there was only one left location he hasn't checked yet and if he was right that was where Root's base is and most likely where the ninja's are stationed.

"And during the Attack, he'll just stay there holed up since I haven't heard of any mention of his name during the chunin exams, most likely he wasn't created yet, but this is reality now and reality tells me he's going to hide after helping Orochimaru."

'Kamui.'

Yuki then teleported to the location he had inferred, the back of the Hokage mountain, he kept searching until he found a cave, he was right, he saw there were Ninja's entering in and out.

He couldn't mistake this for the ANBU HQ as he had been there already, he marked the tree as to teleport it, he saw supplies was being entered.

'Looks like they're getting ready, can I Kamui the whole area?'

He thought, but shook his head but unless one of Orochimaru's summons appear here it would be a 'convenient' excuse as to why this part of the mountain was wiped off the face of the earth.

He then sighed.

'I'm sorry Old Man, I promised I'd help Konoha and it would mean I should be helping you, but my life and future family comes first and I don't want this cockroach to live any longer than he should.'

It was a new day, and a week left before the Chunin exams start, students from different villages had arrived earlier than expected and right now I just want to relax.

"Ino."

I smiled as she hugged me tight, I hugged her back as well, she smiled and dragged me to where Hinata was.

"Come on Hinata is waiting for us!"

Right, today the three of us promised we would take a picture together in celebration of us finally graduating from Genin! Though I doubt it would happen this year since, nevermind I don't want to think about I just want to relax.

"Come on you two!"

"Ah Ino-!"

Ino then dragged me and Hinata towards the studio where the three of us had an appointment, the clerk showed us as we walked towards it.

"Alright, give us your biggest smile!"

The guy who photographed us said, I was in the middle of Hinata and Ino, I just smiled naturally, and after a click he told us to get ready for the second shot.

I placed my arms around Ino and Hinata necks and made us closer, Ino didn't waste the chance as she pressed her cheeks with mine, I could feel Hinata slowly come closer to my body as I could feel her head on my chest and I could feel that her face formed a smiled.

The photographer just smiled and took the picture.

"Alright, the three of you can comeback tomorrow to take the photograph! That'll be 3000 ryo."

I nodded and paid the clerk, we then went outside the studio, and as decided earlier we were going to eat at Yakiniku Q or at Ichiraku.

"I want some ramen today."

"Me too!"

"Mm!"

We arrived at Ichiraku and found Teuchi who smiled at us, I was a regular here sometimes, sometimes I'd eat with Naruto, Kakashi but mainly those two.

"Teuchi-san."

"Yuki-kun! What will you have today?"

"The Usual."

"Ah wait no, I'll make something special for the three of you free of charge!"

"What for?"

I sat down as Ino and Hinata followed as they sat on my side, I just nodded and didn't say anything else, if it was free I'll take it.

After some small talk with Teuchi and light teasing from Ayame, Teuchi's daughter we eventually left, what I didn't expect was Konohamaru was being lifted by Kankuro.

Hinata tugged my cloth and Ino got ready for a verbal spar, when I was about to say something, looks like Sasuke got it already, it went the same as I expected.

"Yo, what do we have here."

Right as about Gaara, Temari and Kankuro were about to leave they all looked at me, what I found odd was that Gaara was looking at me like a kid who found his mother.

"You."

"Me?"

"What's your name."

"What's your name?"

"Gaara"

"Yuki."

"I'll remember you."

"Alright see you around emo boy."

I just nodded and didn't say anything else after that, Ino and Hinata shook their heads, then they began questioning Naruto what had happened, but I looked at the side and saw three shinobi's

'They should have been the sacrifices for the Edo Tensei, I'll let them live lest I want someone else to be kidnapped by Orochimaru.'

I shook my head and dragged Ino and Hinata by their hands as I don't want them to catch their attention.

"Let's go we still have a long day ahead of us"

When the three of them finally left, Naruto and Sasuke looked at the three of them, Naruto didn't know why but he felt weird looking at Yuki hold both Ino and Hinata's hand

'Eliminate Root I don't care if Sai gets caught in the conflict, what's he gonna do against me? Draw faster?'

I looked at the things needed for me to do during this Chunin exams, things that'll dampen everyone's plans but progress mine, though there are selfish objectives.

'Save Karin huh, I forgot but she's supposed to be here and Naruto is a good bait to do it, I'm sure she'll feel some familiarity with him, kill her teammates and naturally the Hidden Grass will think she died which is unfortunate.'

Now I'm torn between saving Karin or Helping team 7, but Karin comes first, Team 7 needs to grow up especially Sakura, she's far worse right now than she was in canon since she's had no competition with Ino perhaps this will open her eyes.

"I know I'm progressing to the final stage no matter what but it wouldn't matter that much since the news of the Hokage's death would probably overshadow my achievements by then."

All right, Save Karin, Eliminate Root, Get Promoted to Jonin, Find the Kazakage's real body after to have access to Shukaku from Gaara but I think I can do it the same way to Yagura but without Gaara dying since he's a chill guy when he grows up.

As I stretched my body after writing my plans, Kakashi knocked the door of my room before opening it, I looked at him.

"What is it Kakashi-nii."

"You said you wanted to be better than the fourth right?"

"Yeah why?"

"You're already better than me when I was at your age, here, as your brother, It's my gift for you in advance, its a book, something the fourth liked very much and I'm sure you would too."

I stood up and went closer to him as he placed the books on the desk beside the door, I hugged him which surprised him, gotta act like my age sometimes, he was startled and patted my back before he ruffled my hair and left.

"Thanks Kakashi-nii."

He nodded and went to his room, I looked at the book that he left, there were two.

"The Tale of the Utterly Gutsy Shinobi, and what's this? Icha-Icha Paradise."

I looked at the two novels in question, I wanted to read them both since they were both appreciated by two Hokage's and written by Jiraiya himself hell even I wanted to read it.
