Improvements.

*whoosh!*

I could feel the wind as the air flowed over my skin. The moon glows bright as I leap over and over up high in the air.

Right now, I looked like a ninja from a certain anime as I jumped from an electrical pole to another one.

I leaped into an apartment building and then jumped hard as I landed on top of the taller building beside it.

I sat on the ground, opening my bag as I took out the food container. "Now what is this.?" I asked myself, opening the food container.

Inside it, there was some soft lettuce, cucumbers, sliced avocados, green cherries, and a homemade mayonnaise salad dressing on top of it.

I took a bite. "How did Kyoka's mom make this dressing? Next time I see her I'll definitely ask for her recipes."

I then ate the rest. The salad she made was delicious overall.

I closed the lid of the container and put it back inside my bag. Then, I stood up.

I then continue to jump from one building to another as I head towards the east coast of Shizuoka.

*fwishh~*

I heard the sound of the ocean waves crashing after I arrived at the sea shore. I could feel the gentle wind as I walked by, it was cold.

Leaping into the sky and jumping from one building unto another during night time became a habit of mine whenever I don't feel like working.

In my past life, I was extremely out of shape as I don't wanna go outside. That is why when I tried jumping from tall places to another for the first time, I felt some kind of enjoyment.

It was also some kind of training. I would occasionally run full speed while trying to avoid some obstacles like an air vent, vent pipes, and metal fences that I would either jump over or run on top of it.

You can't imagine how many times I fell down below the ground because of a mistake during the first 3 months. But, it was overall good as it improves my sense of balance and my eye to body movement coordination. Basically, I was training parkour on a superhuman level.

Now, although doing that would improve my body, it wouldn't develop my body that much. I would still need some weights to put a strain on my body so that it could grow.

Thankfully, people here in this world have amazing adaptations towards physical stress because of evolution— aka, having a quirk. You would be surprised how physically strong a person can be if they have a quirk even if it's not augmentation or transformation.

Take Aizawa for example, his quirk was about restriction of activation of other people's quirk. His quirk doesn't totally correlate to his own physical strength. Yet, he could do some superhuman capabilities. Dude was basically tossing adult size people that are physically bigger than him with no noticeable difficulties.

It seems that evolution, having quirk, also raises humans' physical limitations. It just means that having a quirk would make you physically stronger than ordinary people.

So now, here is what the ocean comes to play. I've read something in my past life that you could feel different levels of pressure depending on the depth of the ocean. It says that it feels like you have 100 elephants stacked on your head when you're 1,100 meters deep underwater. Basically, 500 tons stacked on your head.

I've been diving slowly deeper little by little for the past two years, trying to adapt to these pressures. And of course, I'm not trying to go really that deep straight below the ocean floor. That's suicide, well.. maybe not.

Anyway, every three days, I would submerge myself for roughly 3 hours. As for breathing, I would use my magic energy to replace inhaling oxygen while I would just force carbon dioxide to leave my body through my skin pores.

In the first few weeks, I would just go until 50 meters. From there, I experienced having my eardrums explode as well as my chest tightening.

And of course, I would also train and exercise myself without using any magic, just pure physical strength. I would do shadow boxing, kicking, and stretching to enhance my flexibility.

As for my magic, it kinda just grows on its own as my body gets stronger. All I just need is to practice it at home for better control. Though, I had to be careful not to use large amounts of magic so as not to destroy the place.

Practicing it was actually kinda simple. First, I would grab a book and then, for every word I read, I would transform my magic to physically manifest into that very own word. At first it was hard since I had to imagine the magic forming into the word and read the book.

And so after two years and a few months, I could now go a little higher than 300 meters without suffering and without using magic. I also figured out a way to efficiently use my magic because it was growing way faster than my own physical body.

For now, I divided it into two modes, restricted and full power.

First, I would compress it, and suppress it deep within my bones then seal it. That being said, it was not a perfect seal. It was using my bone marrow as a way to leak some amount. And since almost all of my magic has been compressed in my bones, my skeleton body became extremely durable.

And in case a part of the bones got broken or destroyed, my magic would immediately escape outside, resulting in an immediate activation of my active regeneration. Though, I wouldn't tell how I found that out...

In short, my bones were acting as a dam to limit how much magic would flow in my body and how much I could use in one go. In a sense, I can now control how much output I could use. I guess that was a nice mistake.

Well the best part is, when I used magic using my restricted magic, it would get filled up immediately. It was like I have a very limited amount of magic while I actually don't.

And because of that, I managed to create an efficient way to enhance myself using magic. But, that would be for the next time.

I dropped my bag on the sand. "Hyup!" I said as I jumped into the ocean.

I did the usual. I went deep underwater, and trained. After 3 hours, I came back to the shore.

*fwish~*

I manipulated my magic to form a heat energy to quickly dry my clothes. I then grabbed my bag as I walked away and jumped back on top of the building.

And as I was on my way to my apartment, I saw

two suspicious men at a dim corner of a street dragging an unconscious woman .

I stopped as I looked below from the top of the building. "What the..? It's the gyaru!" I exclaimed.

Immediately, I rushed down as I leaped into the nearby house. As I looked closer, the two men seemed to be wearing a black masks.

'Alright, kidnapper outfit— checked.'

One was a muscular man wearing a fitted top tank shirt with ripped jeans. While the other one was an overweight man wearing a jacket.

I leaped as I landed on the muscular man's shoulder, kicking him away. *Bam!* "Gah!" he groaned.

I looked to the other man. "Who are you.!?" he shouted as pointed his fingers at me.

Seeing that, I ducked as I rushed to the unconscious gyaru. I picked her up, and in the next moment, he launched his fingernails at me at a fast rate.

I jumped, avoiding the incoming attack. *Thug! 10x*, his fingernails dug deep into the ground.

I deepen my voice. "I... am batman," I replied, standing on a fence.

I returned my voice to normal. "Well, I could say the same to guys. Who are you two? I don't know if you guys are that desperate but—" I glanced at the gyaru and looked back at them. "—you guys should know better who to kidnap," I sighed.

"Ah! Don't get me wrong, it's not that I'm talking like you guys have shit taste or whatever. I mean yo—" I didn't managed to finished my sentence as the muscular man came at me with a blade on the side of his arms.

"RAAAHHH!!" the muscular man shouted.

He then tried to slash me in the neck. *swing!* "—Woah!" I exclaimed as I leaned back. I then raised my right leg, kicking him on the chest as I sent him into the air. *Bam!*, he dropped on the ground.

"Damn brat!!" The fat man shouted as he fired his fingernails again.

I jumped to the right side as I asked them again. "Not much of a talker? Come on! We could be friends you kno—" I didn't finished my sentence again as someone shouted at me from behind.

"Kid! Get away from here!!" I looked behind to see who it was.

He was currently running towards here wearing a black outfit and some sort of bondage clothes around his neck. He was also wearing goggles that covered his eyes as his hair was flowing upwards.

It was Shota Aizawa, aka Eraserhead.

I was surprised. 'Eh..? Why is he here!?' I thought.

The fat man turned around. "Shit! Let's run away!" he said as the other turned around too.

"No, you won't!" Aizawa said as he unfolded his bondage clothes and binded the muscular man.

'Man, how is he doing that?' I asked myself as I stood in the sideline.

Welp, there it is. I can't interfere now since a hero came, or else I would be reprimanded again.

He then pulled the muscular man and punched him on the chin, knocking him out cold. Next, he did the same to the other person. He binded him and pulled him. But this time, he tossed him in the air and smashed him to the ground.

The two kidnappers were now out cold. Aizawa the placed them together as he binded them. After that, he called someone.

He turned to me. "How was the girl?" he asked.

I looked at the gyaru and looked back at Aizawa. "She's only unconscious so she should be fine," I answered.

"Good," he replied.

After a few minutes, a police car and an ambulance came. Aizawa put the kidnappers inside the police car, while he took the unconscious gyaru and gave her to the personnel that came with the ambulance.

'Alright, time to leave!' I thought as I turned around to run away.

But then, I felt something binding me. "Y-yes.?" I said as I turned around.

"You come with me," Aizawa said.

'Noooo!!' I cried.

And then, he dragged me somewhere.
