Meeting Maxwell

We have come to learn of many things in the history of our kinds but nothing was ever going to be the same after everything we have come to uncover, it seems that out of the six-two are vampires who lost their will to follow their own kind, I’m currently reading the fills of DNA, information over their bodies current state and the conclusions as to how they could have ended the way they did.

“It’s impossible, whoever has done this was meticulous, devoted, and sickly-minded. Who would treat a human this way? Gather another kind to also be thrown in as a following of the first creation? Our Moon Goddess and Ambrogio would be mortified, his own children became none more than a meer snack to this sick bastard.!” Orpheus exclaims as we read the folders, the professors did a marvelous job, however, the information they had to share, I could see they only wished they weren’t the ones to distribute it, now I know why.

“We can’t change what the sick doctor did, I’m pretty certain he or she did not do this on its own, it has to a couple or a small group, and if not then we are dealing with a very mentally unstable group with a god-like resemblance of Zeus.” I clarify him and my father who is in the room.

All the professors in the room have been doing a great job at uncovering, learning, molding, and anything they could come up with to the necessary object to make the work loud for us easier, but we are left with more questions than answers. Who are the ones who are doing this?

Daphne POV

It’s been three years since I did the start of my college days, one more and I fully graduate, to think I did the impossible, I already own one of the smallest but still impressive cases in my field, I got much of my work cut out and started my own practice in a small business that has hired me, I have yet another client but I did so well in my very first try, I helped a good friend of mine named Tonya get her son’s education approved by the school district that was trying to get rid of her son for bad behavior, turns out they where mistreating many of the students and a lot of the laws were re-applied to their school.

“There's my Diva!” I hear a cheerful good friend of mine coming near the hallway, it is my last day, and tomorrow's vacation starts, I just need to give in my last papers and I’m free.

“Hey, Orlando, what's going on?” I ask him as his cheesy grin goes from one side to another and he moves his eyebrows, oh no what did he do.

“You know me, always after a good skirt. Would love to get to know her more but her current boyfriend is such a pain, she can talk for herself but she lets him do it and walks away.” He rolls his eyes at his own conclusion and I shake my head after signing heavily.

I walk to my last class and give the papers to the teacher, who signs me as attending the class, “Do we have class Profesor, or is it just give in the paperwork and we can go?” I ask her with the utmost interest.

“No, you may go, I need this time to grade all the papers, after this one I will inform the department of your grade but don’t worry you passed with flying colors. Have a happy summer, Daphne.” I smile from ear to ear as I jump slightly, I made it my last class passed with flying colors.

Walking outside I see my group of ladies who are all checking their cells, I look at them with concern seeing they are all looking at me a bit more worriedly.

“What's going on?” I ask them as I move to see what their phones are showing when Viena looks at me with a bit of concern and shows me the news on her cell that says in bold, “A MONSTER OR A HUMAN?’

Reading more below it says the following;

“On the morning of May 27, 2010, the body of a deformed Jane Doe was found thrown on the ends of the drive of the 65 roads in the late nights, a car that stopped do to difficulties of engine saw the body and reported it to the authorities who are currently in the scene.”

What in the world is going on, it has been a long time since a body was found on that road, my dad works in the police department and my brother is a training to become a cop himself so I’m very worried that whatever happened could affect my brother and dad, I give her the cell back to get my own cell to call my dad when I bump into someone who catches me out of the blue.

“Are you okay?” The calming voice of the person takes my attention, he sounds so sweet, when I look up he is one handsome guy with his slick black hair back.

“I’m sorry I was getting my cell to make a call and I must have turned to look at it, thank you for catching me, but in all fair an accident.” I retort him and he seemed to be taken aback by my answer.

“Attorney?” He asks me and I look back at him to answer when my brother Oscar is with him, this explains his cheeky attitude and his personal insight of how a girl is always the problem, men.

“ Yes, I’m studying to become one, excuse me. Oscar is dad alright?” I ask him and the guy looks at my brother surprised at me calling my brother, did he not know I have a brother?

“He says he is not in the news, so we are all good, he won’t put Tito at this. Dad is not a killer investigation, murders are not his thing.” He retorts me and I chuckle, that sounds like dad.
