Douxie POV:
"Can't believe I'm saying this, but thank you morgana"
"Thank you, handmaiden, you inspired me, now keep your head down, I will handle my brother" Morgana and Claire finished up as Claire closed the door.
"Arthur is furious, he's locked down the castle" I say pacing around
"Luckily he thinks you're so incompetent you can't be a suspect" Arch replies
"At least we got Jim and the prisoner away safe"
I look over at Laylah who was reading a book.
"Hey, Lay you feeling better?"
She nods as she closes the book.
"Come on let's go" I say helping her up.
"Where are you going?"
"To get that time map, hopefully with Arthur on the hunt, I've got a chance to finally snatch that thing"
Laylah and I walk through the corridors till we arrive at the workshop. It was dark since they lights were off. I use a lightening spell so my hands glowed blue so we could see where we were going.
Laylah does the same.
We slowly walk over to the safe and I try to open it with an unlocking charm.
"Looking for this?" A voice says from the shadows.
Laylah and I both gasp as we see Merlin.
His finger was tapping on the time map. We looked at it and back at him.
"Or perhaps this..." He finished using his magic to reveal our past selves sound asleep
"Ohh Fuzzbuckets"

Laylah POV:
"Have you any idea what you've done?!"
"I knew my apprentice was an ignoramus, but traveling through time, TIME!" Merlin yelled as his voice echoed through the room.
"Think we handled ourselves fine, all things considered, and technically it was your idea" Douxie said pointing him.
"Well, then, you must have botched it up"
"My planning is flawless"
Merlin turns to me
"And Laylah, you went through this too?!"
"Well, I mean you told me to take care of them" I argue
"For the record, master, I had nothing to do with this"
"He did, which is me ugh, time travel so confusing" Past Douxie pointed
Past me and I roll our eyes.
"AAH! The timelines are in complete disarray!" Merlin yells looking at the time map.
"Look, I can fix this, I swear"
"Ah-ah your meddling has already wreaked enough havoc on history"
"Then surely we can use the Time Map to change things back, and then it'll all be as it was"
"I don't work that way; the map gives only glimpse of possible futures there are no detailed instructions"
"Oh, come on, it's not that bad" Douxie jokes as he goes to touch the time map
But merlin hits his hand away
Merlin suddenly gasps as he looks at the time map.
"By my beard, not that bad eh?!"
Merlin walks away revealing what he was talking about
The time map had revealed that the dungeon break had changed fate and Arthur would die.
"Oh, fuzz buckets" Both Douxies cry
"Your little dungeon break must have changed fate, now unless I stop it the king will die!"
Merlin walked out of the workshop with his staff.
The four of us look at each other. "Douxie what do we do?" I ask looking at him
"Well first we need to gather everyone up and tell them what's going on"
I nod as the two of us run out of the room leaving our past selves behind.

Douxie POV:
"They're hunting Jim! If they catch him, he will be killed"
"I know, and he's not the only one, because fated to eat the big one, too!"
"Eat the what? Oh no was I supposed to bring food?" Steve whispered entering our hideout near the stables.
"He'll be eating a dead sandwich Steve" I sigh
"Ugh, who would eat that gross!"
"Look, If Arthur dies, we lose the battle of kill ahead and the war…"
"Which will mess up time so much, you'll never be able to return home"
The time map switched to a picture of Toby and then he suddenly disappeared.
"Oh no! Toby what's happening to him?!"
"The future, our future is vanishing!" Laylah says standing up
"What's that?" Claire exclaims
As the time map changed to a different image
"Well –well that wasn't there before"
"It's a timeline one where Arthur and Jim live!"
"And Morgana's the hero?!" Laylah and Claire gasp
"I thought she destines to become mistress doom"
"It looks like there's a possibility, if we get Arthur and Morgana to reconcile then, somehow nobody dies!"
"Squire Steve we are all thirsty!" The guards shouted from the paddocks.
"I'll keep an eye on Morgana, Douxie and Laylah you work on Arthur, and Steve, make sure they don't kill my boyfriend"
"Okay, Arch, Let's save history—whoa!" I say until I get lifted off the ground by Merlin.
"Oh, no, you don't you too!"
"But Master Merlin, we can help!"
"Where 900 years smarter, tougher"
"900 hundred years crazier, clearly" Merlin says rolling his eyes
"I must focus on protecting the king's life, so I'm taking two apprentices who won't mess up time"
"Him?! But he's just a moppet with a man bun!" I say looking at my past self.
"No comment for me?" Past Laylah askes
Laylah shakes her head and smiles
"No, your fine"
"Let's do this master!" Past Douxie says with excitement.
"I still can't believe you went through that phase" Laylah exclaimed pointing to Past me.
I nod realising how stupid I was back then.
"Someone's just jealous they don't get ride on the horse"
Laylah and I roll our eyes.
"Sorry" Past Laylah said
"It's okay" Laylah says
"It's time we root out every last enemy in our lands" Arthur said as he gulped out of the castle grounds with his knights and Morgana.
"Come on!" I say as a carriage comes past with Steve on it.
I jump on and turn back as Laylah runs towards we. I grab her hand she jumps on.
"What a beautiful day for a ride, it makes you want to—" But Past Douxie couldn't finish his sentence since I put him to sleep.
"What the—" Past Laylah gasps turn back to see what was going on. But Laylah puts her to sleep too.
"Sorry!" She calls out from the carriage as she jumps onto her horse.
"You do know that repeat sleep spells can cause memory loss permanently" Archie points out.
"Huh don't remember that, No matter"
"Let's go the king needs us!"
