1 The Watcher

"Interesting" a voice as old as the universe speaks out, observing the beings much below it.

"Hmph are you watching those silly cultivators again? Technology stuff is so much more interesting." Another voice calls out, though this one is not a native of any of the 999 ethereal realms.

"My universe is much more interesting than yours Damien, your a newbie so shut up, what has it been, only like 2020 years since your people started counting the years? Leave the talking to your superiors." shouts out another voice clearly not happy with Damien.

"Yeah yeah you old fogies I'm tired of listening to you. If your territories are really that interesting why don't you tell us some of your peoples tales." Damien shouts out in excitement. "My galaxy isn't old enough to have your super powered freak shows or anything yet but I wanna hear some interesting stuff.

"I quite like that idea." said the original voice.

"Yes supreme Watcher" all voices said together.

This was the Celestial Supreme Court, a gathering for all those who are at the supreme galaxy territory realm, where they all have their own galaxies to rule. Some beings are just born at this realm upon creation within the chaos and others cultivate to this realm, though it takes billions of years if nothing unfortunate happens to those lucky few.

The Celestial Supreme court is a gathering of all those at this realm to party. Literally these old people are so bored because they're at the top of all entities in all the known galaxies and there's no reason to fight cause these guys are too old and lazy to do that so they just chat and stuff once every 2000 years.

Though there is one supreme being they all respect and that is "The Watcher". He's quite literally a guy who just watches stuff but his territory (Galaxy, basically his domain) gave birth to all those residing in the Celestial Supreme Court and all beings bellow them. Basically the most powerful guy who no-one wants to offend.

He doesn't interfere in others affairs except for if a galaxy's safety is threatened by external forces, which is his only rule. Other than that he just watches the people in those territories and creates a collection of stories.

Those stories are commonly referred to as "The Watcher's Tales" and are highly respected in the Celestial Supreme Court. The simple reason is, because it's basically a cool movie, and only he knows how to do this for some reason?

"Alright I shall go first" with that singular voice everyone quieted down and was prepared to watch a fun movie.
