"or be the enemy of Nimbus Federation." The next second those words reached to emperor's ears, he threw the remote controller of tv to the screen. He gripped his chair's handles as his veins at his neck started bulging. Emperor Adrian was feeling the emotion of anger to utmost.

Few seconds later Adrian loosened his grip and reached up to his face.

"Those fuckers have already forgotten how strong the empire. Hahaha some little bugs thinking that they can win a war against us." Adrian said while laughing like a maniac. He was all alone inside his office but if someone was with him, they would definitely think him as a psycho instead of emperor.

Emperor Adrian, even though from outside he seems like a gentle and caring person, he was nothing more than tyrant and that's a secret he kept from everyone.

Adrian hates the idea of democracy. He believes that his destiny to rule is getting obstructed by those democrats and their supporters. That's why he is planning to take every one of them down.

It's been a week since the last terrorist attack. Victor's company successfully built the prototype of M16 rifle and his company received so much preorders from different countries. Even though his rifle was the best weapon manufactured by his company, Crow Empire's government was still reluctant to order weapons from his company.

Victor with the intention of restoring his relationship with the government, promised them a discount for the rifles they would buy. After few days of negotiations, Victor was successful on making a agreement with the government and his company's value rised significantly as his prestige was also on rise.

Just from selling those rifles to the different countries Victor believes that he could easily rise up in the Royal Fortune Register. After all making a deal with government which worths millions of ¢s was not something anyone could easily accomplish.

While the negotiations was happening Victor also sent his men to infiltrate inside the puppet country which was the neighboring country of the Crow Empire. It was risky decision for him but he was successful. People living in that country also wishing and burning for revolution.

After a peaceful week without any mission given by the system, Victor decided to act on his own. The country empire was already on the verge of another civil war so intensifying the attacks acting as other sides would speed up the process and will create an opportunity for Victor to easily take down the government.

Even though he sent Gareth to the parliamentary and gave the mission of creating communist party, Victor is still believing that the best way and fastest way to change things is violence.

Starting a civil war wasn't something easy as everyone was on high alert in result of his attacks that scared the government and the emperor. The curfew extended and military checkpoints reinforced with extra soldiers and APCs. It was a suicide mission to attack one of those military checkpoints but Victor can't stand this peaceful times anymore.

He bought and summoned hundreds of soldiers, gave them rifles and sent them to attack anyone they saw. Hundred armed individual was enough to lure out others hiding in the shadows.

As Victor was expecting, after sending hundred of his men, dissenters and other organizations that hiding in the shadows came forward and attacked the soldiers, police forces and other government buildings.

Victor was proud of his achievement but it wasn't enough to start a civil war. The chaos was only inside the capital, other than the capital the other cities was more peaceful. Military units across the capital was mobilized and after hours of conflict between the soldiers and the organizations standing against the government, manpower and the firepower of the empire overwhelmed the terrorists and arrested them while some of them were killed in the conflict.

While all this was happening, Victor was drinking tea leisurely as he watched the news on the TV. All of a sudden Victor paused his hand which was holding the tea cup and was about to take a sip. The reason of his pause was the system showing him something he didn't know how to check.

Reading it carefully and understanding everything Victor now had much more confident in himself. The system provides everything he needs what he just need to is using them wisely. That doesn't mean he won't take risks, quite the opposite, he will take all the risks just for more gains.

If his plan of conquering the puppet country from inside becomes successful, everything might be much more easy.

Another week passed, right now Victor was pretty famous. Because of his company's accomplishment, every newspaper and every news channel was talking about him. Mostly because of the company's image from the time of civil war. Time to time there are haters which Victor don't like that they exist. There were few accidents happened to those haters because of that many haters quit being hater.

Victor also made progress on his plans, the neighboring country Nova Prebellum which was the puppet of the Crow Empire, influenced by the Victor's men now were burning with the desire of independence.

Everyone has desires and those desires awaits for spark. Victor was the one who sparked those desires.

Victor's plan for Crow Empire is also progressing as his spies were efficient in their jobs. The unions has been founded inside the factories, party of communism which called People's Communist Alliance lead by Gareth was successful on their campaign and already gained so much support. People were amazed by his speech as Victor guessed. His promises for those people were also absolutely mind blowing. Equality in every way, make salary as much as you contribute. Those promises were what people held on.

Because of the stability of Crow Empire, the dissenters attacked more fiercely and more frequently. Victor didn't just stood a side and watched as the dissenters killed soldiers. He also joined on their attacks. He wasn't just focused on the capital but he expanded towards the other cities as he advanced on his plans.

Even though dissenters attacked fiercely, most of them weren't trained and they weren't efficient in what ever they were doing which made their attacks easy to block and counter. But Victor's men were different. It's called basic summoning ticket but the summoned soldiers were efficient in using weapons and knew few tactics. Because of all that, attacks of his men was always successful. There were times when his men overwhelmed by the power of empire but Victor was using the guerilla tactics. So losing few men wasn't something Victor scared as he also had quite the amount of WP balance.

Other than Crow Empire and Victor, there were also events taking place all over the world. As the system explained to the Victor, some of the third world countries declared war on their neighboring countries. Countries considered Superpower by everyone, had to intervene on those conflicts before something big happens.

Nimbus Federation is a country ruled by complete democracy and consists many ethnicity. Because of that there are many different cultures, religions and skin colored people. Some of those differences comes from the neighboring countries which made Nimbus Federation stay neutral in the face of conflicts happening around itself. But the conflicts happening right now were far away from the country, so they could intervene in the name of democracy and freedom with the supports from it's people.

Nexarian Dominion is quite the opposite of Nimbus Federation. Its ruled by high council which consists five people and above them is Supreme Commander who approves the decisions made by the council. Every decision is being made by those five people is changes the future of millions and they have no rights to oppose those decisions.

Those two countries are considered as superpowers. Crow Empire is also considered superpower because of the military strength they have but right now the empire was having it's downfall. Considering the conflicts happening inside the empire, everyone was waiting for empire to collapse. Nimbus Federation wants to influence with democracy while Nexarian Dominion wants to annex the empire.

Unbeknownst to two powerful nations there was a really big obstacle on their way.

Sitting on the chair inside his office in the company, Victor was planning his most brutal attack. The attack he's planning right now will be the last drop for people of Crow Empire. Even Victor himself don't know what will happen after he successfully implement his plan.

Victor's strategy involves launching an assault on the Central Hospital, boasting a capacity of tens of thousands. A successful attack on such a crucial institution is poised to escalate public outrage against the emperor, likely causing a significant decline in the Crow Empire's stability. The lower the stability and the higher the resentment towards the Emperor, the closer the nation edges toward the brink of civil war.

Contemplating his next move, Victor considered utilizing his army, concealed in the jungle, still awaiting his command. This formidable force could easily dismantle a military base. Opting for a coordinated approach, Victor envisioned deploying these troops to attack the military base, while summoning additional forces to strike the hospital.

Having made his decision, Victor dispatched one of men to disseminate the orders, planning a simultaneous and swift destruction of both targets.
