The Body Refining Stages is the first part in which the cultivators strengthen their body both internally and externally to bear with the pressure of storing Qi inside them and utilizing it.

The second part is the Qi Stages of Cultivation.In this stage the cultivators focus on storing Qi and gradually breaking through to higher Cultivation Realms.

The Realms in Body Refining Stages are divided into 3 sub Realms(low, middle and high).While the major Realms of Cultivation in the Qi Stages are divided into 9 sub Realms(1 star to 9 stars).
