the only reason I am even giving this grade is that people on this website seem to review it so that it can just have a high grade and the reason for that is " the first wmw ff" which is not true, if you do some research you can find some out there before this one. sooo yea... my grades would be: writing: 3, because it has improved writing along with the chapters and that's the most important. stability of updates: 5 because there is always a chapter almost every day so this is a good point. Story development: 2, copy-paste... Character Design; 2, no changes... World background: 2, is taken from the original so... so these are my grade with an average of 2.8 almost 3, strong points: updates every day, author improving his writing skills. weak points: stolen story development, no character design, and previously set world background. I am dropping the fic because I feel like I'm reading the original all over again, but you can do whatever you want after reading this review, just my opinion. but if you just don't care about it then ignore this review. I guess that even the original author was called the plagiarist so I won't talk much of him. This fanfic is copypaste with a few minor changes, that's all that I can say. nothing much to say that could improve the story, maybe original arcs when the story progresses? I think it wouldn't be that bad to try something different, but it will be hard now from the point of the story is now. I tried to be fair and not give a rate less than 1 because that's the same as no effort, which I would disagree, I think some of the critics would agree with me but most are just dropping due to bicky's stuff, which I also found it quite weird. so I was intrigued with this R - 18 tag and as a man of culture decided to dwell in a little deeper but so far (chapter 10) all I find that's even remotely related to r-18 scenes are "he vented all his frustration" and that's it. so will it be the same or are we having a legit lemon scene .-. do answer please
Now the world background is stolen, so perhaps it's not fair to rank it so high here. But it is what it is, WMW really is an incredibly well written story. The gigantic problem, is the fact that this is more of a historical regurgitation of the original novel WMW(Warlock of the Magus World). There's basically 0 originality, and the writing quality is significantly worse than the original translation. And in spite of adding relevant changes here and there, he has somehow made it as if it does nothing to change the course of the story(quite illogical). And even has his MC, who read the original story, say the exact same thing as the guy he took control over originally did. In spite of the fact that there are no revalations for him to be had here, and so no reason for him to say the same things as if he just realized them. Especially not when he's muttering it to himself This is basically just a lazy and hornier Leylin, with an extra cheat from another main character to make up for his slacking. Beyond that, it's a story that is written mostly like a historical recitation of the events from the original novel. Adding most of the facts, but none of the immersion or appeal. I consider it a story about squandered story writing potential so far. Because I was really hoping for an original novel about another character in the WMW world.
