The counselor asked, "OK tell me, what are your strengths and weaknesses". Mohini, "My strength I don't know. But I know I don't have any weaknesses. Because I believe everything is possible". The counselor asked again, " So how do you want your future to look like? Have you thought about it". Mohini replied, " I can't see my future because nothing goes right in the present". The counselor asked, "Have you ever thought about resolving your present ". Mohini replied," I always think about that. But here the problem is I want nice, funny, and enjoyable people to work with me. Job is never a problem for me. The people with whom I work make trouble for me". The counselor asked again," Is it about every job you did in the past or it's only about the current job". Mohini answered," It's about every job somehow, especially with bosses. I can't take unfairness or irresponsibility of theirs. And I also don't like mute-type bosses who just give orders. In the current where I am doing an internship, it's frustrating for me. I just feel like I wanna beat them". "OK, forget about the past jobs, and let's be in the present. So tell what is more frustrating sitting and doing nothing or currently where you are doing your internship", the counselor asked. Mohini replied, "Why I would sit if I had an option to open my restaurant? But my parents are not happy. And that's why I am here. They think I am mad. And you can help with this. My parents will listen to you". "No, I can't help you because this is only about internship. Your father told me that you have already completed two or three months and you need to just complete seven or six months. And I also think this is not a big deal. He also told me that you were very happy in your first-month internship. And about new changes happening in your work because of the people around you then I think you should talk to that person who is affecting you. And try to learn how to deal with people. Because in restaurants too you have to deal with them. Don't think of restaurants as a peaceful place. It can become a hurdle too if it is not managed properly. And no one wants to wait for food at a hurdle place to eat". Mohini thanked the counselor and left the chair. She opened the door, looked father, and gave a signal that ok she would try again.
