1 The Extinction Era

It is said that the Gods created this world, created life and gave everything that is required to them. It was peaceful for everyone for thousands of years. Everything was going well when suddenly the world was under attack by the Gods. The Gods were furious. They wanted to take everything back that belonged to them. They considered humans as weaklings who could not even protect themselves. The Gods thought that the humans did not deserve to live in the world. But the humans did not agree to this. Because they needed all these things to survive. They began protesting against the Gods. Until now the Gods only wanted to take back all their things. But now the Gods were so frustrated by the protests that they wanted to destroy humanity. They destroyed thousands of villages and kingdoms. The humans were at the verge of extinction. The humans were so scared that they began to flee from the attacks, but they couldn't. Because they didn't have the power to fight against the Gods. The humanity was almost destroyed when suddenly a meteor fell from the space on the earth. The meteor produced waves which strengthened the humans, giving them superhuman abilities. The meteor destroyed half of the Gods and put the others into eternal sleep. The Gods were thus temporarily stopped from destroying the humanity. The humans who survived began praising the meteor as a savior. They began utilising this opportunity given to them by the meteor to live a wonderful life and become strong enough to protect themselves. Thus, the world was safe again.The meteor was slowly removed and was placed at a holy shrine. The humans were not only granted superhuman abilities but also powers like sorcerey and magic. After thousands of years, humanity began to rise again. Many kingdoms were established with powerful kings with huge armies. The era in which the humanity was about to face extinction was called The Extinction Era. Before the Extinction Era the kids were taught about some simple knowledge. But when the humans faced the Extinction Era, they knew that this knowledge was not sufficient. So they began to teach the kids about the Extinction Era. The people with superpowers were called Heroes or Knights. There were special schools that were specifically built for training the Heroes or Knights. After some years the grading system was established. After the establishment of the grading system, the Heroes and Knights were graded according to their strength and ability. Some considered these powers as a hobby. While some wanted to help others with their powers. But there were some people who used their powers for illegal uses. Therefore a patrol was created by the Kings to catch these illegal business. So the world turned back to its normal form after a lot of years. The world was peaceful again. Though there were some problems concerning the humans but at least there were no one else who wanted to destroy humanity. So now they could live peacefully. At least that is what they thought.
