The nerfed Supreme Being

An ex-chunnibyou gets killed by truck-sama. However, he is given a choice of reincartion with a wish. It was meant to be a normal process but now he messed it up and destroyed every single reality that existed. But hey at least he is now the strongest being in all of existence. Now he can simply do anything he wants, can create a new reality, mess around a lot- "Wait what! I can't access any of the multiverses that I made!!!" "Oh, I can't but a part of me can huh?" "But that part of me can't use my powers!!!" "What is this nerf?!!!" Well at least my clone can go through the multiverse. I'm jealous.. This isn't the story of a supreme being but rather the story of the clone of the supreme being. - Not original idea but rather got inspired by someone else into doing this with my fav characters' power combined into one person. But it has a big twist. Any characters that aren't OC belong to other people. Any characters that are OC are mine. English isn't my first language. I learnt two different ones before it, both asian.
