Chapter 12 - Nobody can separate us

Evan said everything to Matthew. From the beginning to the end about what happened today and the proposal Williams made. And also about the agreement.

Matthew clenched his fist. He was angry. His heart was boiling. He wants to reach out to that damn Alpha who is trying to snatch his omega. And beat him to death.

What fate. He doesn't believe in fate or fated pairs. So he felt that it was absurd to call someone a fated pair. There is no fate. True love can escape from any fate. Evan is his, so nobody had the right to take Evan from him.

Mathew gritted his teeth. And looked at Evan.

He knows he can't blame Evan. It was his mistake. Evan waited for him, after understanding his dream and helplessness, Evan repressed his own feelings. And he was also helpless in front of his parents. Who he loved but didn't allow him to be together with the person he loved.

He was the one at mistake. He always thought nothing can separate him from Evan. And however much time it take. He will convince his parents for marrying Evan. But Because of his carelessness, Because of his neglect. His omega is in danger.

He also heard about David Leon Williams. The youngest entrepreneur. Who reached the pinnacle at a young age . He took over his company after his parents death at a young age and became a well known young businessman. That person eliminated all his rivals. Surpassed everyone. And become one of the top businessmen in the world. More powerful than anyone in the country.  He didn't know that the person who he had to face to get his beloved, was this kind of person.

There are many rumours about this guy. About how cruel and ruthless this person is to his enemy. There are many criminal cases in his name. But nobody was able to suppress him.

And also  that nobody can beat him in his look. A Dominant Alpha who dominate all the  dominant alphas.

He would have never wanted to face this kind of person in his life. But this time he can't back down. If it's for his omega. He can even fight with gods. He will never give up on his love. Even he has to fight against the mighty Williams. He will fight.

Matthew walked towards Evan. And hugged Evan. He suppressed his emotions and said in a gentle voice.

"It's my fault Eve. If it wasn't for me. You didn't have to face this problem." Evan shook his head. And said in trembling voice.."No it isn't"

"Yes it is. If i haven't made you wait so long... If I had confessed....if I had been with you when you needed me....if i wasn't careless..... nothing would have happened." Matthew said in a regretful voice.

Evan was about to say he was wrong. But Matthew stopped him.

"No need to say anything Eve.  Now there is no 'if's' . We will fight against this problem. Nobody can separate us. He can't blackmail you to marry him. Their is law in this country." Matthew said in a determined voice.

"I have a friend who is a lawyer. And I will call him. You don't need to worry. Nobody can blackmail you. Even if it's that damn CEO".

After hearing Matthews determining and reassuring words. Evan also gets some confidence that he will be able to escape. And he won't be separated from his beloved person. His mind also eased.

He hugged Matthew. Matthew patted his head. And said,

"You should go back . Uncle should be worried by now." He paused and said. "You don't need to say anything to them. Don't need to make him worry. Tomorrow we will meet my friend.And discuss about this matter" He reluctantly separated himself from Evan and said. "Don't worry Eve . Everything will be alright."

Evan looked at Mathew, then nodded his head. He walked towards the path to his house.

Matthew looked at Evan whose figure was getting away from him. He felt a pain in his chest after thinking about Evan leaving him. He wanted to run toward Evan and hug him from behind and never let him go. But he needs to stop for now. He should think about how to solve these current problems.

He clenched his fist. Gritted his teeth. His eyes turned red from anger. He took his mobile phone from the ground. And turned it on. Then dialled the number.

"Hello."

Before entering his home. Evan maintained his look. Then  rushed towards his room. He didn't want his father to see his face.

But unfortunately his father was sitting in the living room. He saw Evan coming. And called.

"Eve.." Evan Flinched. He maintained his composure. And replied without looking at his father's direction.

"Haa"

"How was today?" Mike asked his son. "Did your promotion happen smoothly?"

Evan clenched his hands and tried hard to suppress  his sadness. He doesn't want to make his father worry.

"Yes. Everything happened well." He tried hard to sound happy.

"Ha..why aren't you looking at me. And what happened to your voice." Mike looked at his son in doubt. Hearing his father's questions, Evan Flinched.

"Nothing, dad Mo. I think I caught a fever. That's why my voice is harsh." He looked at his father and gave him a smile. " I think I need some sleep. I will talk after some sleep."

Because he was busy knitting. Mike didn't see his son's face clearly. "Then go. Take some medicine and sleep for a while. I will call you for dinner. "

After hearing this. Evan escaped from the living room and went to his own room. He lie down on his bed. And looked at the ceiling.  He remember what happened Today. Remembering Williams face saying he is his fated pair. Made Evan shiver.  He closed his eyes out of fear and began to think about Matthews' peaceful and caring face.

Don't know if it was because of the exhaustion. Evan slowly began to fall asleep. Thinking about what Matthew said. He thought he should also prepare to see the lawyer. Thinking about this Evan fell into a deep sleep.

But Evan didn't know. This would be his last day of sleeping peacefully.....
