A Tragic Character in The DLC Expansion of the World Famous RPG 'Trials Of Life'.
He was the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Light, one of the most prosperous and thriving Kingdoms on The Continent of Metaonia which was annexed by Hezal after they betrayed them.
A character who's entire family was massacred with only him surviving by sheer luck, only to be killed by the Hero after he joined the Demons for revenge
A Tragic Character who could actually have been one of the best, on par with the Hero actually, if his stats were something to be believed.
'Now, many would be wondering why I was talking about a Game Character right?'
'Well, That would be because he was now Leon'

A young white haired boy, of about 10 years of age with a cute and slightly chubby face that would definitely develop into a handsome man with crimson jewel like eyes that shone and a relatively tall height for those his age, wearing a white expensive looking shirt with a red and black long coat with an insignia of a Lion embroided on its left breast pocket with black pants and boots
Overall, he'd have seemed like a high-ranking Noble or something if it weren't for the fact that he was currently covered in blood with his clothes having been torn in multiple areas and his face, covered partially with splattered blood making him seem terrifying, his glowing crimson eyes and neutral face did nothing to lessen the terrifying feeling he emitted.
He was currently leaning on a tree while sitting down and supporting himself with it, everywhere one could see was surrounded by trees, making one think of a forest from fantasy novels.
'The hell?' he thought in confusion as he remembered memories, of a person who lived on a Planet called Earth where everything was mostly peaceful, of a life he never knew.
Of A Game that was familiar to him.
After a few minutes, as the boy remained completely motionless and in a daze, he suddenly raised his head
'Holy Shit!'
He screamed internally as he remembered everything, his real body showing nothing much except his dilating pupils that showed his shock
'This was the World Of 'Trials Of Life' !' he confirmed with disbelief as he remembered and cross-checked the memories he had recovered
He, Leon Licht, Crown Prince of The Kingdom Of Light, was actually a Reincarnated person from Earth.
Although he didn't have any recollection of his life on Earth until now, having regained his memories, he quickly accepted it after the realisation that, he was already as good as dead now.
He'd grasp any and all straws to survive
Now, the World he was in, it was completely similar to a Game he played on Earth, an Epoch making RPG, the world's first Full Dive VR Game.
It was set in a Magic Fantasy World on the Continent of 'Metaonia'.
The story revolved around the classic Hero slaying the Demon while getting all the beauties but, the reason it was able to become an Epoch Making game, was due to how the Player could completely alter the story with even the most minimal actions
Like a variable, the player could either get a better or worse ending depending on what they did, the best thing, all endings were nearly unique, no one had ever gotten the exact same ending and many even had multiple unique endings only they reached
They could completely affect the world, making the game be called a revolutionary item in the Gaming community.
And he, A Former Top 10 Ranker in the Multiplayer Mode, a mode where PvP reigned with the players becoming Rulers or Adventurers with the World as their prize, he was a Ranker who reigned above countless as an Adventurer, one without any force behind him.
Had now become Leon Licht, a Tragic character who was betrayed by his Fiance, a Heroine and her Kingdom, causing the deaths of all his family, to only escape due to sheer luck and live for revenge.
He joined the Demons, becoming a General of The Demon King's Army, The 5th General, Demon Blade, only to be slayed by the Hero as he tried to kill the Heroine
'Fuck.' he cursed as he recalled his plot, his only saving grace, being the fact that Leon was an SSR Character, one on the same level as the Hero and Demon King himself, a honor very few had.
[ Hello User! ]
A mechanical voice suddenly rang out in his mind as he looked around vigilantly
"Who's there?! Show yours- *Cough* " he yelled only to cough up blood
[ Calm down User, I'm a System! ]
The voice said as Leon weakly leaned back on the tree
"System....? " He asked in slight confusion
"Like those in Novels?" He asked the System, as it called itself
[ Yes User! Exactly like them! ]
[ I am The Villain System! My goal is to make the User into The Greatest Villain in The World! ]
It said enthusiastically as Leon's slightly relieved mood instantly evaporated
"Hell no!" He yelled, somehow mustering up the strength to yell
"Never in this damn life will I be a Villain! Haven't you seen what happens to Villains? They either get killed or if it's those Villain Novels, they become a standard Protagonist later, always fighting above their levels and shit." He ranted, even in his weakened state
[....] The System was speechless, he hadn't expected that kind of reaction from his User, what could it do anyway, it was already bound to his soul, if he died then it died too
[ Then, how about I change into a different System? ] It suddenly asked,making Leon confused and dumbfounded
"Systems can do that?!" He asked with no small amount of shock
[ Usually no, only High Tier Systems like me can do it. ] The system said, its mechanical voice seemingly felt like it was filled with pride
"So, what System can you be?" He asked the System as suddenly, A Black screen with golden frames and text written with white popped up infront of him
On it, there were multiple System types- Counterattack System, Sign-in System, More Children System, Behind The Scenes System.... and many more
[ The User can choose any System frombthe following List or ask the System if the Type of System the User requires exists. ]
As Leon slowly scrolled through the list, although many intrested him, none seemed to truly fit his idea, compared with the seemingly infinite list, he had an idea, he'd go simple and powerful, a System that'd never be too bad
"Hey, System." Leon called out "Can you become a Gamer System?" He asked it with expectation
[ Yes User, does the User want to change Systems from 'Villain System' to 'Gamer System'? ]
"Yes! Change it!" He said instantly as the screen filled with system names changed

"Is this what I think it is?" He muttered under his breath, he slowly felt all the pain and weakness he experienced fade away
As Leon clenched his fists, he felt his body heal itself at an unnatural rate, he could see the stab wound he had near his abdomen heal instantly, along with all the small cuts, scrapes and bruises he had.
One wouldn't be able to tell that he had been injured just a moment ago if it wasn't for his blood stained clothes and face.
[ Yes User, The Gamer System works similarly to that of the System implemented by the 'Trials of Life' only, more powerful ]
"Then, the skills?" He asked as he got up, his injuries already healed, well at least physically.

"I am" he said "But, my entire family, all those I cared about, they all are either dead or have betrayed me." He said without any emotion on his face or in his voice but, his eyes burned with wrath as he recalled the figures of a select few, mainly a Beautiful Young Girl
"Hezal Kingdom, Kiara, I'll have my revenge." He muttered as he looked at the insignia of the Licht family on his coat, dyed red with his blood.
"System, show me the skill description of Gamer's Mind and Gamer's Body." He told the System as the screen reappeared infront of him

"These, they're practical." He said after reading them "The Gamer's Body is immensely helpful but, The Gamer's Mind and the Absolute Immunity to all Mental Attacks is something that will be definitely required." He commented as he nodded
[ What does the user plan to do now? ]
"Now? Now it's time to get stronger" He said as he looked at the moon through the gaps in the trees, the moonlight shining on his face, his eyes glowing crimson.
