Jason turned his body sharply to the side, avoiding the sword aimed at him.

Whoosh!

Just as he did, he felt some movement behind him. He ducked down instantly, avoiding a kick aimed at his head.

With a backflip, Jason created a distance between himself and the two attackers.

Gu Bei and Long Yuyin instantly got in the position to attack and charged at Jason, doing a pincer attack on him.

Jason continued to dodge while hitting at any flaws they showed to him.

After destroying the multiple deity lakes in the outside world, Jason and his clone were able to collect thousands of Deity Roots in the Myriad Miles Rivers and Mountains Painting which had formed thousands of Deity lakes inside, producing millions of spiritual stones.

Jason then decided to take some rest so nobody would have any suspicion on him. So in the meantime, he had personally taken over the training of everyone, sparring with them daily.

Everyone got their chance once or twice a week where Jason would give them pointers, point out their flaws, and help them refine their skills.

Aside from the duo, sometimes Li Xingyun and Li Hu participated too.

Jason destroying dozens of Deity lakes in the vicinity of the Divine Feather Sect attracted the attention of higher-ups but they couldn't trace it back to Jason.

Jason's actions not only weakened the strength of Long Tianming, Gu Heng, Li Yunfeng, and the people related to them, but his actions were akin to making them disabled.

Without the supply of spiritual stones, how could they even support their large number of followers?

While on the other hand, Jason had got his hand on hundreds of demon spirits after he killed the demon beasts in the wilderness. He even captured a dozen of demon beasts in the Martial Ancestor Realm to be kept as mounts.

His casual gathering of Deity lakes had even resulted in the decrease of sects affiliated with demons because most of them were snatched from members of demon sects...

"Brother Nie Li, you're really the only one that I, Li Xingyun, respect." Li Xingyun arrived in the courtyard, his expression very excited.

Since everyone present in the courtyard was his own people, he didn't need to act mysterious.

Gu Bei and Long Yuyin had already learned that it was Jason who had caused trouble for Long Tianming and others, snatching their source of spiritual stones, much to their surprise.

Long Yuyin asked, "Nie Li, then what is our next move?"

"We'll wait for now. Even though dealing with Gu Heng and Li Yunfeng is pretty easy, Long Tianming is not an easy opponent. He is way too cunning and if I'm not wrong he has some connection to the Demon God Sect."

"What?"

Jason's causal remark left everyone in the courtyard in shock. His words were akin to calling Long Tianming a traitor which was not a casual matter.

"Nie Li, you don't have any proof. If you say that about Long Tianming in front of everyone, then it will cause trouble." Xiao Yu said seriously.

Jason nodded his head. "I know. Don't worry, I'm not a fool. But you all should better be cautious. Whatever happens, never go out alone. And if you encounter Long Tianming's people, try to not mess with them for the time being."

"Gu Bei, Lu Pial, how is the progress of everyone in the Demon League going?"

"Hehe... after getting their share of divine elixir, most of them had reached the Heaven Axis realm. Everyone is itching to go to the outside world to try their new strength." Lu Piao spoke proudly.

"Keep them calm for now. They will get their chance soon." Jason showed his evil smirk. he then asked Li Xingyun. "What about you, Brother Li?"

"Hahaha... Brother Nie Li, after consuming your divine elixirs, almost all of my brothers have attained Dao of Dragon realm, hungry for action."

Jason nodded his head and looked at Long Yuyin who blushed and turned her head away. He shook his head with a sigh.

It was easy to get the two of them to fight for the position of the family successor but Long Yuyin was a tough nut to crack. 

She wanted to just focus entirely on the Martial Dao, not wanting anything to do with politics.

"Brother Nie Li, we have trained already. Shall we go now? The disciples of the Heavenly Note and Skyblaze Sects only visit the Divine Feathers Sect once a year. It's to help the geniuses learn by interacting with each other, as well as for business."

"You're only excited because the Heavenly Note Sect members are women, many of whom are fairy-like beauties." Jason sneered at him.

"Hehe..." Gu Bei smiled, his thoughts were seen through.

Jason looked at everyone. "Let's go and take a look then."

Everyone agreed except Xiao Yu who didn't feel comfortable so Jason sent her inside the Myriad Miles Rivers and Mountains Painting to cultivate with the other girls.

All of them then headed to the main hall of Skysoul Institute.

The main hall of the Skysoul Institute was bustling with activity, as heads bobbed up and down.

When Nie Li and his group entered inside, a commotion broke out in the hall.

Nie Li walked to the front, looking around at the surroundings, appearing to be extremely casual.

"Who's that youth?"

"Look even Long Yuyin is following him!"

"Who's that youth?"

"You don't know? That's the most dazzling genius among the newcomers. He managed to train Long Yuyin into obedience!"

"So that's him!"

It's a shame that the girls were at a very critical time for a breakthrough or else everyone would have been left speechless.

The group walked over to an empty table in a corner of the chamber and sat down. 

The group chatted when suddenly someone interrupted them.

"Teacher!!"

Jason was a little surprised, finding the voices very familiar. He turned around and saw three familiar silhouettes standing behind him, looking at him with a smile.

"Long Yan! Wei Qiang! Mei Yun!"

Gu Bei, Long Yiyun, and Li Xingyun were left dumbfounded. They didn't understand how the three beauties were so familiar with Jason.

Gu Bei almost died from jealousy.

"They are from our hometown." Chen Linjian spoke to them, dispelling their doubts.

"Teacher? But why did they address brother Nie Li as 'teacher'?" Gu Bei asked.

Chen Linjian replied calmly. "They are students of Brother Nie Li."

"Students?" Gu Bei and Li Xingyun observed the girls and realized that the three of them were Heavenly Star realm experts.

'They sure are Nie Li's students. No doubt!'

"Teacher, where are Sister Ye Ziyun, Sister Xiao Ning'er, and Sister Huyan Lanruo?" Wei Qian asked teasingly.

"They are currently at a critical time to achieve a breakthrough." Jason smiled.

As they were chatting, a commotion suddenly broke out among the geniuses gathered in the side chamber. A youth wearing a silvery-white robe walked in. Even among the geniuses, he stood out.

"Who would've thought that even Long Tianming would come!"

Long Tianming didn't come to their table but he still swept his gazes over them especially Jason as he had heard about Jason's deeds with how even the Big Five were interested in him.

Jason didn't care to bother with Long Tianming ignoring his presence. Sooner or later, he was going to deal with him.

Long Tianming went to converse with the other members of the Heavenly Note and Skyblaze Sects, clinking wine glasses and chatting.

When he left one more person approached their table.

"Teacher!"

"Li Xuan, you're here too!" Lu Piao excitedly hooked his arm around Li Xuan's neck.

"Just how many people had you taught?" Long Yuyin couldn't help but ask.

Jason chuckled. "I stopped counting."

Slowly-slowly three more of his students gathered over his table.
