As Our flight touched down smoothly onto the tarmac. I couldn't halp stare at alex the sun shining against her pale skin she looked quite frankly angelic in a white tank and some jeanshorts She got cold during the flight so I'd Given her My Hoodie. She had been focusing on occlumency during the flight which she was a genius at according to the book She had only been working on it for a few days and she was already strong enough to stop my legimency prob if i cast with a wand. Though I'm still a beginner. I crossed Level ten so I'm 100% successful if I speak and use my wand.
The last few days since I told Alex about My magic I thought we were growing close before but now we were joined at the hip. We spent a few days working on magic mostly but we barely left my bedroom. We did experiment with the ward stones and had found that for one low-grade stone would let her be able to cast spell with a small mana cost pretty much the only two were a WIngardium leviosa for 5 seconds or a lumos if she used 2 she could cast all first year spells and a few second year spells but it would have to have low power like the Knockback jink would only go but if she used 3 wardstones 3rd and 4th year spells would work she was able to cast an accio on my car keys. I made 40 wardstones 4 of them Mid-Grade Wardstones, One High-Grade Wardstone We practice with 15 of them after they were used they turned to dust.
Yesterday I had been working on Rune Crafting I Spent 5 hours trying to make her a Small Expansion Space bag That was about the size of a coin purse So that she carry the extra Low-Grade Ward stones. I even managed to get a notice-me-not-charm sewn into the pouch.I tried to create my first portkey as well but that didn't go as well.
I spent all day making Ward stones, Legimancy, and healing charms. We also went to work out. Alex went to her apartment. I think she may be planning to move into myplace since she put in her resignation her company wouldn't be paying for her apartment anymore.
We hadn't spoken about it but she had brought her suitcase down though I don't know if that's for the trip today or not. I would love if she lived with me The sex was redonkulous. Plus I think the sex was helping me With Physical fitness I gained a stat in four days versus only gaining one stat in each physical category after two weeks. All the ward Crafting was helping my Magical Growth too I had gained 5 stats in intelligence Though that could also from be from the amount of new spells I'd learned in Tranfiguration and Healing. Right now I was comparable with A Start of second-Year Hogwarts student. I looked I decided to look at status one last time before we had to start clearing out of the airport.

I wasn't quite ready to take on the Basilisk but I was really making progress Having Alex in my life was helping me improve quickly. I'm hoping to leave her in charge of designing the research facility she had kind of put me on the spot when she had kind of chewed me out a little because I planned to get the MeijiML5200L Led Binocular Microscopes I still don't know what was wrong with them she just got huffy and I had to bribe her with chocolate strawberries for her to drop it. Though to be honest I was glad to be getting it off my plate with her in charge she would be able to design the facility to be perfect and since she knows about the magic she can make sure that we have a wing for our magic-related projects.
The hospital was quite large before which was so surprising for a small town but I guess when the Catskills were successful in the '70s and 80's it made sense. There were four floors Each floor had two wings the second floor would stay as a hospital while the just modernized and refurbished first floor would be a series of comfy conference rooms, Offices, a small cafe a small dentistry office, and a huge waiting room with a stage meant for live music(well technically its real purpose is going to be for public debate when everything goes bad).
The third and fourth floors are going to be our state of art labs it will also be where I'm going to put the ammunition machine once I Steal it when the world falls apart. The part I think I'm more excited about was what they were doing to the underground floor that acted as the morgue. That will be our secret headquarters for magic and other secret projects I'd have my office down there I kind of what it to have a class window into the lake. The only people that will know about the secret level will be community leaders whoever I have as head of security, whoever is in charge of farming, whoever is in charge of training, etc.
Terry might be a good choice for head of security and base defense Strong and kind but willing to go to severe lengths to protect his family. Plus he'd be the easiest to snag from the NYPD he stays there because he wants his kids to be proud of what he does but I could give him the opportunity not only to protect his wife and kids from the harsh reality of the world but it also lets him work on something bigger than himself to maybe help save humanity. Depending on the reception I get from HIm and the others I might need to Trick them into joining the facility I could Ask terry to go on sabbatical for a year from the NYPD and I'd let him be my head of security Then Tell him he could invite his squad and their families then give him two of the vacation homes for two weeks for the grand opening of the oasis.
I would look like some arrogant but well-meaning rich kid trying to win terry over to stay as head of security instead of returning to the 99. As I'm getting off the plane thinking about the facility, I walk and I grab Alex's carry-on and her hand. She gives me a slight blush that makes my heart skip a beat. I walk out and see two people one a many with crazy hair and a crazy look in his eyes and a woman who was dressed in a pantsuit and very tight bun next to a sign with Damian swift written on it.
"Hey, kid this must be the pretty little sweet Thang that Changed a party boy into an Aspiring philanthropist," PImento yelled to us from ten feet away in a crowded airport. I'd had three conversations with PImento After the one four days ago he Accepted the job after we talked about what his responsibilities would entail. I was kind of hoping he'd also be combat instructed later down the line. Honestly, Pimento may be a little bit nuts but he was a walking weapon He was an expert in half a dozen martial arts, Had experience with everything combat or survival related from bombs to hunting.
Alex looked at Pimento with a look of Judgement. I got it first he was dressed like a homeless biker. Second He had a blood stain on his shirt and third because we were a few feet away and the scent he was giving off was not pleasant.
"Are you sure?" She asked me. I nodded.
"Don't worry I have full faith in him Sure he's a little out there he's Trustworthy," I told her only half believing it myself.
"Awh, Keep seeing such sweet words about me I might have to steal you away for myself." He said in a sarcastic voice. Ms. Koffner Kind of coughed to get our Attention She seemed to have been quite fed up with PImentos antics.
"The Car is just outside to take us to the property we have meetings with the various construction team leads in an hour to go over the schematics. They will be ready to start by tomorrow morning if everything goes well and you approve of them. She walked in front of us to lead us to the vehicle PImento didn't stop trying to annoy us LIke asking very intimate questions that you shouldn't ask a person who you just met after Alex shut that down he started to talk to us about love which he then talked about rosa. At that time I was barely listening.
I was writing an email back to a person who I was planning to come work as vehicle maintenance on the grounds who I thought would be perfect as I knew with my meta knowledge he hated his current job and The actor for Dustin from Stranger Things.
