1 Prelude

The golden sand of the desert had been stained crimson with the amount of blood that had washed over it. Collapsing bodies and anguished screams filled the area along with numerous metallic clinks as a savage war was being fought that would determine the fate of an ancient race. Yet, as gruesome as the situation was, nothing was nearly as terrible or as ominous as the mass of black fire that was rising up to one side of the battlefield.

The sky darkened overhead with the arrival of black clouds that filled the scarlet sky, the desert grew quiet as terrifying undulations of power gathered within them, just above the rising black flame sphere.

Wild winds began to whip up in the area, carrying both the grit of sand and the firefly-like pale spirit lights of the departed into multiple cyclones that reached up towards the stygian thunderclouds above.

An old white dragon that was oozing gold-tinted blood transformed with a flash of light into an old, white haired and bearded man that looked at the flame sphere with trepidation.

"The abomination is awakening...," his voice trembled and gave way to the deep-set fear he was trying to suppress. His side had been fighting to destroy this thing before it could get this far, but who would have known that his fate was to be the one to trigger it.

Not far from the old, white-haired man was the fallen silver dragon's corpse that was slowly dissipating into pale blue spirit lights that were rising to be swept into the wind that was spiraling in towards that mass of dark flames.

A cacophony of sound cried out from within those abyssal flames. The sounds overlapped in a queer kind of way that was unforgettable.

CREEAAAWROOOWL!

The angry cry of a phoenix. The enraged roar of a dragon. The mournful howl of a wolf.

That mass of dark flames quickly changed into a multitude of blinding-colored lights as the oppressive force of the heavens and earth radiated out, suppressing all things above and below it. Even the thundering clouds seemed to freeze along with the multiple cyclones.

Horror evident on the old man's face and eyes wide with unbelievable shock, he shakily muttered, "It-it has connected! The primordial origin!!"

Light swept out over the world at that instant and disintegrated all life with it.

Then everything went dark.

In the dark unknown of the universe, a halo of a multitude of bright lights swirled about like a galaxy around a blazing black star that slowly consumed them.

A sonorous voice boomed out from one of three of the brightest lights in the halo as it issued a command with unfathomable power.

"Seal the memories!"

A second cry followed from another one of those three lights.

"Seal the true form!"

A third and final voice rung out solemnly, "Seal the origin power."

Three circular sealing stamps rose around the black star, wove together and linked up into a fantastical three-part seal as the three voices called out together, "Trinity Origin Soul Seal!"

It then sank over that black star and shrank into it. The black blaze turned blue, then white, as if the celestial mass was being purified. A streak shot out of it with lightning-fast speed as something seemed to be forcefully ejected from it.

That flash vanished into the pitch-black void beyond without so much of a remark or intent to pursue from the owners of those three voices.
