Pain

"I-I am.... no I can..."

"Just show me" Hisashi said. He could feel his excitement rising. No matter how much time he was away from his son he still knew Izuku. Whatever this power was it had to be powerful or dangerous.

Slowly Izuku took off his hood and under it where his energy leak once was to be was two small horns. The horn looked as if they were made of wood or some sort of antlers.

"What..."

"I can shape shift. I first did it unintentionally by focusing my energy into my chest, thereby shape shifting myself an additional lung to breath fire with. But when I breathed fire I burnt my insides. Recovery Girl had to help me... I almost died. Mother hasn't let me come here since and when I tried at home... it hurt. And it was as if I was breaking my bones while trying to make wing".

"You have to experience pain to shape shift?"

Shaking his head Izuku answered "No but it needs constant concentration if it's something new or it he causes pain if I am changing something pre-existing. The only exception to this is wings and my horns. I think the horns don't need concentration because they are covering my energy leakage and is somehow being sustain by the leakage, and I think I might grow wing in the future".

"Is that it?" Hisashi said with a glint in his eyes.

"No... it seams that each time I shape shift the pain lessens".

"Izuku how many time have you tried to grow wings?"

"Ten times"

"If that's it lets go home. you aren't in any shape to continue"

So just everyone know how Hisashi looks.

He is incredible pale human with blue hair there small nobs on his head and a small tail which he often uses as a belt.

When he is Dragon the nubs on his head grow into blueish-aqua horns. His tail elongates, and although not many people he doesn't actually have a costume as he can shape shift his body to be stronger than any costume. (So pretty much Adamaï from the special episodes)

So in short this version of Izuku doesn't want to break his bones. Crazy!
