2 Ukuzalwa ngokutsha

T'Chaka, King of Wakanda stood over the crib of the future of his people. His beautiful baby boy, named T'Challa. As he gazed at his boy, his boy gazed at him, showing a remarkable feat for a newborn, babies shouldn't even be able to see at this age so how could he.

'Blessed be to Bast' he thought of all children of Wakanda as child of Bast, but this one…this one is special.

"What has you smiling like that my love?" The voice of an angel enters his head. Turning towards the said angel, his wife walks to his side and lays her head upon his shoulder.

"T'Challa..he is…different, notice how his eyes connects to mine and yours." Hearing her husband's words she begins to notice how her son can see her.

"Interesting, how?" She mutters under her breath.

"Hmm, babies can only see 8-12 inches in front of their face at this age, yet he can see us and even if he can see us, babies don't usually focus on things for a prolonged period of time." Her husband goes on and on, Bast knows she loves him but his naturally inquisitive mind starts to get the best of him.

"Love?" She asks slowly, "You're droning on and on, I don't think the baby would like that."

Looking a bit embarrassed T'Chaka resumes his poise and says, "I suppose you're right."

——————5 Years Later——————

The last 5 years had been peaceful and tranquil, but I a man of culture had read enough literature and consumed enough media to know where this was going. It went the way I'd thought.

I was being led to a training ground for the royal family. Thats right, ROYAL FAMILY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA

…..Anyway I was a prince, I could never imagine ME being a PRINCE!

I've enjoyed the pro's of my new status, eating everyday, not having to stress about the bills, nor having to stress about a job, just being rich in general.

Now to say I forgot where I came from is a absolutely false statement, anytime I feel myself getting a little too cocky I force myself into a flashback. Just like Polo G said it 'Complacent ******* usually die in they complex.' I cant ever get to comfortable, especially in this universe.

"Prince T'Challa, please keep up."

Im brought out of my thoughts by a voice belonging to a certain 'Dora Milaje' or 'Adored Ones'. They're the special forces of Wakanda usually Palace and Royal protection while some embark on missions from my father.

Along with the 'Hatut Zeraze' and Wakandan Royal Guard, they make up the Wakandan Military forces split into Army, Space Force, Navy and Air Force.

Thats not even mentioning the spy force 'N'Charu Silema'.

"Aye, im coming Zareeba" I see her nod at my words.

——

Once we get to the training grounds I see my father, the captain of the Dora Milaje and my mother.

"Papa, Mama, are we beginning my training?"

The captain of the Dora Milaje looks a little suprised but instantly gains her cool. "Yes, today we'll start your training Prince T'Challa. Please follow my movements."

Over the next 30 minutes the captain takes me through multiple stretches of the body, particularly my lower body with the last 5 minutes trying to get me in a full split's position.

"Good, now we'll begin with a run, follow me."

—————5 Years Later——————

And thats how the past 5 years went. In the morning I'd head to the training grounds where Aruna would be waiting for me. 30 minutes of stretching. After 6 months I got a full splits.

After the 30 minutes we'd run for an unspecified amount of time and distance, each run being different, obviously testing my mental fortitude and my stamina.

Then began techniques, such as kata's and specific movements. Light sparring and practice on bags and dummies took place over an hour.

——

After the training was learning, there it was learned by my teachers, I was smarter than most my age, they upped it significantly, the lessons included history of Wakanda, Advanced Mathematics, Sociology, The Arts(music, art, theatre ect.), Biology and Chemistry, Health and other things.

..And I welcomed it all. Anything to push myself farther and farther to get the most out of this time. I knew children retain information better.

I was accompanied by the next generation of Dora Milaje and my cousin, N'Jadaka and Asira, princess of the Jabari tribe. Along with me being taught advanced things, they were taught like me in SOME THINGS.

Namely N'Jadaka being taught how to rule and being taught by the Dora Milaje like me. He's a good sparing partner as he is naturally gifted in combat while Asira was unnaturally strong for age, still can't beat me though. Why does that sound like a brag?

"Baba! Come play with me pwease??" And how could I forget about Shuri?

She was born when I was a couple months from turning 6, a little cute thing.

"Come walk with me Shuri, we can talk about math, doesnt that sound fun?" I asks her, and she responds "YES!"
