6 Lost
She tilted her head to the side, asking,
"Master, do you know why we're in a forest? Weren't we inside your house before? How did we suddenly get outside?" Celestine asked me, looking around in confusion.
"Not really. Aqua, a goddess I met, told me that she would transport us somewhere. We should've been in a city called Axel, but I guess it went wrong." I told her half of the truth. I didn't want to worry her that I actually died. "Can you call me John instead of master?" I asked, feeling a little uncomfortable with her calling me master all the time.
"Of course mas-, I mean John." She nodded as a grumbling sound came from her stomach.
*Grumbles*
I blinked at how loud it was. I stared at Celestine as she held her stomach, blushing up a storm from the tip of her ears to her neck.
"Hehe, uh John, do you have anything to eat? I'm a little hungry." Celestine said, with her eyes staring pretty hard at a very ordinary bush.
I wanted to tease her, but I was starting to feel a little hungry too. Should I use my tickets for the Miscellaneous Gacha? It's not likely that Aqua sent us a little farther than a couple of minutes from town, right? Right?
*Rustle Rustle*
We both tensed up as the bush continued to shake, making Celestine move in front of me; her staff pointed in its direction. I tried to stand next to her, but she kept pushing me back.
'Fuck, I should have done this before.' I thought, mad at my rookie mistake. I reached into my inventory and pulled out half of my tickets, and I was about to use it when a little fluffy brown bunny hopped out of the bushes. It started sniffing the air before it bounced to a flower and started nibbling on it.
Celestine let down her guard, but I stayed vigilant. I never trusted a bunny ever since I saw Re:Zero, where the bunnies devoured Subaru alive, and one went into his ass eating him from the inside out. That shit gave me nightmares.
As a safety precaution, I had a frost bolt ready to go. Hopefully, it'll slow down the bunny and give us a chance to run, but I rather not use my mana just yet.
I picked up a rock and threw it near the bunny. It flinched back and ran back into the bushes out of our sight.
"Why did you do that? It was an ordinary bunny, right?" Celestine asked, giving him a confused look at his actions.
"Maybe, but I will rather be on the safe side. Let's go this way." I said, picking the opposite direction where the bunny went.
As we started walking, I pulled up the gacha menu. I wonder which one I should start first.

I was about to use the tickets when I paused mid-step, and I looked at my luck stat (10) made me depressed. 'I should have killed that bunny.'
"Hmm, why did you stop, ma-, John?" Celestine asked when she noticed he stopped walking a few feet behind her.
"It's nothing. Just saw something that made me depressed." I said, looking at the ground before looking back up as I started walking again.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" She asked as we walked. I was about to answer no when I saw her chest jiggling with every step she took. A thought popped into my head and made me wonder if it'll work.
'Can I? No, that won't work, right? Maybe? Well, if it doesn't, then I won't lose anything, but how do I ask her?' I discretely stared at her from the corner of my eye, deep in thought. Though not as discrete as I thought since Celestine gave me a questioning look.
"Celestine, there's something I want to ask you," I began, but I stopped, not sure how to say it properly.
"What is it?"
I stopped walking, which caused her also to stop walking. Celestine turned towards me with a questioning look.
"I want to... fondle your breasts for a few seconds," I told her hesitantly at first, and then I quickly said the rest in a rush while staring into her eyes.
"Uh... huh, uh... W-Why, may I ask?" Celestine spoke, giving me a baffled look before she blushed, averting her eyes. She subconsciously covered her breasts with her arms while taking a step back away from me, but with them being larger than her arms, it only emphasized them.
Yup, that is what I expected to happen. 'So that's a no, then?' Is what I wanted to say, but instead, I told her, "It's nothing bad. It's because I remembered a rumor that if you rub your girlfriend's chest, it'll improve your luck for the gacha. I wanted to try that to see if it's true."
"No," Celestine said Instantly. She started walking again, forcing me to speed up. I was a little disappointed, but I'll live. I have the tickets and the cash to spam gacha multiple times, so it's not a significant loss.
What she said next, though, made my spirits soar, "It's embarrassing. Maybe... you could try it when we have more privacy and not lost in the woods."
"Of course!" I nodded happily, but I decided to get her a change of clothes before we arrived. I didn't want the guys to hit on her with how little she's wearing right now.

I nodded happily at my rewards as I equipped the Rabbit's foot, but I'm a little mad that there's only one thing that's able to cover her fully, and it's only a dress.
I took it out from my inventory and showed it to Celestine, "What do you think? Do you like it?"
"It's pretty. Are you sure that I can have it?"
I nodded, and she took it from me. She gave me a happy smile as she took off her old dress, leaving her naked. She started to put on her new dress in happiness.
When she's finished, Celestine twirled around, asking me, "What do you think?" She's wearing a white dress that has a shawl-like hood for her head, the bottom reaches past her knees, with long sleeves, a gold belt that wraps around her waist, and a small bag on her hip.
I stared dumbfounded at how attractive it made her look. I blinked and shook my head, remembering now was not the time. "You look really nice, Celestine."
"Thank you, John."
"I think we're almost out of the forest. See that; the trees seem to be getting thinner." I told her, pointing a few feet ahead of us. After a minute, we finally left the forest and saw the dirt road.
As we walked, I used the other tickets on the rest of the Gacha, wondering who I would get.
