4 Awakening

POV: 3rd Person

Vulcan was meditating by sitting cross legged with his eyes closed in his room wearing only his asgardian godlike boxers when he suddenly showed a satisfied expression.

Suddenly the temperature around him began to increase at a very intense rate that even the walls made of asgardian metal started to melt while Vulcan himself unaware of the changes was still meditating peacefully. Changes began to take place on Vulcan's body as strange patterns began to form on his face just below his eyes and his hands.

Vulcan's body began to release huge amounts of heat and it alerted Odin who at first thought it was an enemy that got into the palace and to release a weapon of mass destruction and got very furious but when he took look using magic ,he got surprised and then was happy. He cast a barrier surrounding Vulcan's room so that heat doesn't leave the room and then he walked inside and directly awakened Vulcan from his meditation using magic.

POV: Vulcan

Finally its time for me to awaken my divinity after years of meditation, It was tiring to do nothing but meditate trying to connect with my god force inside the body. As soon as I fully connected with my god force or Vulcanforce I started to feel immense amount of pleasure,Now I know why Hela like killing so much , I began to feel the intense power inside me which was urging me to let it so I not being able to think properly because of the pleasure I tried let it out but suddenly I found myself back in my room.

As I took a few moments to organise my thoughts and then began to feel a chill down my spine of the thought of letting it out. I then looked toward the surroundings to see half melted walls and the king of Asgard in his whole battle armour standing parallel to me.

Seeing me looking at him ,Odin asked me how it felt to which I replied with the word powerful. He then warned me to not get in the power and destroy everything around me as I was going to do without his interference. He then commanded me to not use this power in Asgard. Seeing that I agreed to it he left.

As soon as Odin left, I began studying the changes within my body after awakening my divinity . The first change was the massive physical boost in abilities I got and the other is I know I can sense every flame there is in castle. I can't control them yet but in the future yes. But the most important is that I can create flames powerful enough to melt asgardian metal in seconds and immune to all flames as long as I use my Vulcan force.Though currently my control over my vulcanforce is even lower Thor's over his during the first Thor movie. So I can't even conjure a small handful of flames without using most of Vulcanforce and causing a blast a size of nuclear bomb.I need a weapon like mjolnir to withstand my Vulcan force but that can only be made after Odin has conquered the nidavellir .Looks like nidavellir needs the first to be invaded.

Well, after checking my abilities I began to go toward the forest excitedly to try to test them away from people but as I was making my way, I got summoned by Odin to celebrate my awakening by a feast ruining my happiness ,While walking I began to grumble about the thousands of feast I had take part in Asgard since my birth.

POV:Frigga

As Vulcan's name was announced and he enters the hall filled with cheers from all the Asgardians around him as he kneels before the king to show his respects while Odin congratulates him for awakening his god force. He looked toward me and I also congratulate him with a warm smile that any child would fall for but Vulcan maintains his poker face .

While I feel puzzled to what was going inside his mind as he is always is on his poker face outside of meeting Hela .I look forward to the day when he accepts me as his mother and reveals his thoughts to me as I love him like would do to my own son because all children of Odin are my own and would love to help him but he never opened up to me. Even Hela would sometime show some emotions to me when I talk to her.

As I see asgardians enjoying themselves , I think to myself just how many would go to Valhalla in the upcoming war but I keep these thoughts aside as It is celebration and I joined my few friends and enjoyed the night with Odin.
