"Let's set up camp near the boundary of the safe zone," Lucas, the group's warrior and de facto leader, suggested. "There are always some stragglers who wait until the last minute to enter. We can catch them off guard and rack up some easy points."

His proposal was met with nods of agreement from the rest of the party. The five of them hailed from the same university and had coordinated their efforts to reunite in the game. Serendipitously, they had spawned in close proximity to each other, allowing them to regroup after an hour of traversing the map.

Their party composed of two warriors, one offensive mage, one rogue and a healer. This was one of the typical team combinations players often came up with, and it often worked just fine. The five of them were used to hunting together, and were sure of reaching the final stages if they worked as a team.
