Creation Helmet

Arthur, then rushed to 'SunBucks' and asked his manager for his wage for working the past 5 days and overtime for 2 days. The manager gave him $400. "Sir, I should get $550 for my 5 days and overtimes, why am I only getting $400?" The manager snorted and said "Hmph, Kid I don't have enough money to give you $550, you should be lucky you're still getting $400 from me" The manager then left. Arthur, disappointed left the shop and vowed he'd never come back here.

"Now I wish the character sold for at least $1900 so that I'll be able to afford the helmet." Arthur ran back to his home and opened his computer. Browsing through the shop, he saw that the auction for the character ended at $1850" "F***, I'm short of $50 for the helmet. Hmph, if that manager just didn't cut my wage I would've had it plus some money for the bill." The teen then tried rummaging around the house looking for coins to fill in the missing $50 dollars, after 30 minutes he finished scouring the house and only found $5 worth of coins. "I'm still short of 45$, screw it, I might just try going to Carrie's Shop and put my phone on pawn. I should be able to get enough money for the helmet"

Arthur ran to the bank and took his $1850 after that he ran to Carrie's Shop and saw that there were only 3 people in line waiting for the helmet and saw that there were only 3 helmets remaining on the shelf and determined he won't be able to get the helmet today.

As the last customer bought his helmet and left, Arthur got into the cashier and said "Do you guys still have a helmet?" "No more, everything's sold today" "When will you guys restock?" "I don't know, maybe next week as from what I head 'Core' got an order of 45000 helmets in America alone and we won't have anything to sell for next week"

"Next week?" Arthur thought he can't wait that long as he knows that he won't have the money to buy one come next week as the sale ends today. "Yeah, sorry, try tomorrow, we may be able to get around 10 helmets tomorrow, but you have to pay the original $3800 instead of the $2300 sale" "No I can't, I'll have not enough money to buy it tomorrow, I don't even have enough to pay for the $2300 and I was thinking of pawning my phone, I should be able to get around $150 for this brand"

"Hmph, we don't loan money here, try it next week, and get $3800 because if you don't we'll not sell it to you." Arthur dismayed started leaving and while he was leaving, a fat man was leaving the 'Staff Room' and saw Arthur not holding a helmet when leaving. So he called out

"Hey, kid? You don't have a helmet?" Arthur turned back and responded "Yeah" The fat man then said "Okay wait here and prepare the money, I'll get you one" "But I don't have $2300, I only have here $2255 and like your cashier said you guys don't loan money" "That's okay, we'll give you one as you look like a student and we'll call it a student discount" "Really? Thank you very much" The fat man then went back into the room and coming out he was holding a helmet with the tag of 'Creation'.

"Here, take it." "Thank you very much, here" Arthur then gave the fat man the $2255. Arthur then left after giving saying his thanks.

The cashier looked at his manager and said "Hmm? Manager, I don't recall us having a helmet in the staff room." "Haha, yeah we don't. That was the Beta Helmet made by 'Core' when they started preparing for the official release, that one only cost me $1200 to buy. I made more than $1000 today once again, Hahaha" "Manager, is it really okay to trick that student?" "That helmet works as well as the official one and it only has 'Creation' as the game, so it's not really tricking him although yes, I made $1000 from him. I do feel bad for the kid" The manager said that, although his face betrayed what he was saying as he was grinning from ear to ear and you could even see his triple chin smiling.

The cashier then looked outside and said "Welp, sucks for the kid. When I see him next time, I'll just say that he got cheated on by a thousand and we'll see what he does."

Arthur, ran quickly back to his house as it was already 7 PM and he didn't want to get robbed of his helmet as he saw on the news that some people were doing that. After he reached his home, he disconnected the cords from his old Helmet which he used to play 'DM'. "Bye-bye, buddy. We had a good 13-month run" He said to his old helmet and put hid it inside his cabinet.

He then plugged the cords into his New Helmet and put on the helmet and booted up the game.

Hmm, what the hell is going on? Arthur thought as he was looking at the blue space while waiting for the menu to create his character.

[Character created] WHAT?! Arthur screamed.

What do you mean character created, I haven't even seen the menu. Did the manager, give me a helmet already with a character? Hmm, that doesn't make sense as the Helmet takes Iris as the condition for creating a character and 1 helmet can only take in 1 Iris data so it's only 1 character per helmet and you can't even delete the character. As he was thinking this, he was blinded by the huge characters appearing in front of his eyes.
