"After I finish this week's shift, I'll be able to afford a Helmet to play 'Creation.' Hmph, if it were not because of that bast*rd Allan, I would've had the helmet 3 days ago."

A teenager murmured to himself while walking on the sidewalk. He looks around 17 years old, not handsome or not too ugly, just mediocre. He soon reached his home. "Mom, Dad, I'm home." However, no one replied from the inside.

"Mom, Dad, today I was able to get into the top 10 in our Science class, you always made me study for it, and now I'm in the-- *sniff* *sniff* top 10."

The teen cries while looking at a picture frame depicting a family of 3. "Mom, Dad, I'll just prepare food, and we'll eat." After preparing food and placing them on the table with 3 portions, he then dug in. When he finished, he left the 2 portions untouched and washed his plate. After that, he went into his room, which was on the second floor, and opened his computer.

"Tomorrow, when I get my week's pay, I'll be able to sell this character and make enough cash to buy the specific helmet to play Creation; even if I'm late by a week, I'll be able to catch up soon. Hmph, if I was able to catch up on 'Dungeons Maker' when I was late by a month, I think I'll be able to catch up on 'Creation' easily." The teen then continues scrolling through the webpage of 'Creation' and saw that most people were already around LVL.8.

"If level 1 needs around 2000 experience before leveling up then, that would mean reaching LVL 8 would take me around 56000 experience." "Okay, let's start selling this character; if 'Dungeons Maker's sponsor would've continued sponsoring the game even now, then I would've been able to sell this character for around $4500; now I'm just lucky enough to sell it for maybe $1800. This character took me 13 months to reach the top 100 even after losing around a month of experience and new dungeons to explore."

The teen then opens the online section of the webpage of 'Dungeons Maker' and put his character up for auction. "Now, I just have to wait for it to sell, and I'll be able to collect it by tomorrow with my week's pay, and after that, I'll go to the VR Helmet in Carrie's Store. *Sigh* I wish the line is not as long as it was 3 days ago when I tried to buy one" The teen sighed as he remembered the line reached almost the next block just to buy the Helmet.

"I'll just finish the Math and English assignments, and I'll then sleep." The teen then goes downstairs first and puts the 2 portions of food left into the pot, and covered it. After doing so, he washed the 2 plates and went back upstairs to his room, and opened his drawer while taking out his notebooks from his backpack. He soon finished his assignments and looked at the clock, which shows 10:53 PM. *Hahh* The teen yawns and goes to his bed to sleep.

The next morning, the teen started getting up from his bed and looked at the clock, which shows 7:45 AM. "Oh cr*p, I'm gonna be late." The teen was flustered and panicked, putting his clothes on and didn't even bother washing or brushing. "Mom, Dad, I'm going. Bye," The teen then rushed to his school. When at the school's gate, he checked his watch and shows 8:02 AM, "Oh cr*p, I'm late."

He then walked slowly to the gate where a buff man with a tracksuit was standing at. The buff man then says, "Hmm, Arthur? You're late" "Yeah, I am. Teacher Ken" "I will let it bypass this today since you just recently won at the Math Competition and made our school more famous, but I won't tolerate it if you get late once again" "Yes, Teacher, I promise it won't happen again" "Okay, good now go on."

Arthur then rushed to his classroom while the Teacher saw another bunch of students being late and shouted, "Hey, you brats – you kids really think you can always be late, HUH?!"

Arthur managed to get into his classroom before their first teacher got there and sat down on his seat. "Hey, Arthur, I didn't think you'd be late," says the student sitting just in front of Arthur's seat. "Yeah, I slept late yesterday, but I didn't think my alarm wouldn't work" "By the way, June, I heard you already had the helmet for 'Creation'; have you tried it yet?" "Yeah, I have, and it rocks; it's a lot better than 'Dungeons Maker' the interface is a lot smoother, although the combat type is a lot harder because you have to be really good at the game; it's not like 'DM' (Dungeons Maker) where you can pinpoint where you wanna hit, this one you really have to think that you're gonna hit that spot before your character starts swinging" "Oh, that sounds amazing, I really wanna play it soon" "You'll be able to get one today right?" "Yeah"

While talking, their teacher got inside the classroom and started teaching. *Tring* the bell then sounded, and it meant that lunch has started; while Arthur was packing his notebooks back into his bag, someone called his name. "Hey Arthur, you got $20 on you?" "Allan? No,, I don't have any. I was late, and so I wasn't able to get all my stuff" "Hey, come on, now, buddy. I'm only asking for $20" "As I said, I didn't bring money. I'll be going home to eat" Allan then slapped Arthur's head and said, "Hmph, better bring $20 back when you get back for afternoon classes because if you don't, I'll beat you up" Allan then walked away while Arthur finished putting his notebooks in his bag and left, while not being bothered by the looks of the people left in the room.

"Mom, Dad. I'm home." The teen then starts heating the food from yesterday evening and prepared 1 portion for himself, and after eating, he went upstairs to get his pouch, and while doing so, he remembered he put his character up for auction yesterday, so he opened up his computer and browsed his shop. "Hmm, $1650 is the latest bid. I hope I'll be able to get at least $1800 so that I'll be able to afford the helmet and also have enough left over to pay for the bill later on" He saw that there were 4 hours left on the auction, so he left it be and didn't bother selling it for $1650. He then rushed back to his classroom just in time for the afternoon classes, and while there, he started preparing $20 to give to Allan. The teacher then entered the room and said, "Where's Allan and his 2 idiots?" "Sir, we don't know. Mark might know" The teacher then looked at Mark, "Do you know where they went?" "Sir, I haven't seen them since lunch started" "Hmph, don't let me see those kids today, smoking inside the bathroom? Who the h*ll, do they think they are."

Arthur, hearing this thought that Allan and his goons won't be here for the afternoon classes, so he kept his $20 back into his pouch and started taking down notes. When classes ended, he left and said bye to June. "Hey, June, I'll be going. Text me later what your IGN is so that I'll add you when I get into the game" "Sure, bye Arthur" "Yeah, bye."
