PROLOGUE

The first thing that came to his mind was "RUN". But he resisted the urge and tried to open his right eye lightly. He saw it again. A large creature, double his size is approaching him. It had blue lightning-like eyes and an angry look. He could see the creature's sharp, axe-like tail and huge body of muscles.

All of a sudden a bright blue lightning emerged out of the creature's eyes and hit him. Verdin felt like his body was dissolving into the lightning. The huge flash lighted up the entire road and blinded him too.The last thing he could feel was hitting the ground.

Verdin woke up in a hospital bed. Moneev was near him. He could see the relief in Moneev's eyes. "What was it?", Verdin asked. Moneev was surprised. "You don't remember?", he asked. "Some kind of creature...", Verdin was interrupted by Moneev "Well, it was an accident. A car hit you while you were walking down the road to your home. It was really late, when you left my house."

Verdin was taken aback. So, what did he see there? Was it not real? Or, is it that the people concluded it as an accident? But, it felt so real and he was sure about that.
