As Jin left the bus, the large vehicle didn't even wait before it started to leave.

Barely anyone used transportation in the Tenth District, not even for the reason that it cost money, but because it was almost a target to be robbed.

For that reason, barely anyone uses public transportation, much less private cars.

Except for the ones that had no reason to fear the trash coming from the Tenth District.

Jin was one of those people who could easily handle the Tenth District trash, but even amidst the trash, some did everything to climb to the top.

Even rats had kings, and the Tenth District was swarming with rats.

Looking around, Jin was pleasantly surprised by this part of the District.

It was just like he envisioned, but even cleaner.

And unlike the usual drunks and drug addicts, the people swarming here were mostly contracted killers, mercenaries, and Bodyguards looking for jobs.
