Chapter 46

'I lost.'

There were no excuses. Even Mike was still in daze of what just happened, he accepted the fact that he lost to Zephyr. Did Zephyr win even Mike was almost level 200? People would first thought it was nonsense but Zephyr emerged victorious, albeit luckily.

Because of the effect of the Aetherius Dragon Slaying Sword, Zephyr managed to temporarily free himself from the supression in tier and level difference. Also just like usual, it was as if lady luck was lifting her skirt again at Zephyr as he activated the execution effect of his skill.

However all the spectating seraphs were in daze as they were looking at the dragonoid form of Zephyr. Liera and the others stared at the dragon scales of Zephyr with amazement as this was the first time they were witnessing a dragon.

They were convinced that Zephyr were a dragon at first glance as Zephyr was radiating an aura that he didn't have when he was still on his human form. Even none of them witnessed a dragon's power before, the seraphs recognized what Zephyr just did.

"That's Domain Declaration right?"

The younger seraphs asks the older ones to confirm of what they had witnessed. Liera then sighed in affirmation which made the eyes of the young seraphs shine.

Domain Declaration is the most supreme ability that one could cast. One could select a specified area and announce it as their territory.

The user can create their innate domain by casting a barrier and construct the environment within it. Domain Declaration requires an immense amount of mana to activate and stabilize it.

The target will weaken and trapped within the barrier and unable to escape unless the user allows to. Domains amplify all of the user's skills and abilities and any that are deployed are guaranteed to hit their target.

Seing that Zephyr was capable of releasing his own domain even he was still a tier 1, their admiration to Zephyr rose again. Not knowing that Zephyr achieved the impossible to gain access on the said power.

Liera then clapped her hands which caught the attention of the seraphs. As they all witnessed a domain, she then said to the young seraphs.

"The most effective way to deal with a Domain is to lay out your own Domain. When two Domains were laid out at the same time, the more refined Domain will dominate the space."

The seraphs nodded their head after learning about the Domains as they then decided to train further to obtain their own domains.

It is also one of the reason why Mike lost as he still doesn't have his own domain to counter the domain of Zephyr.

In Tensura, using Domain Declaration is extremely rare and even most Tier 4 entities are never able to master it.

It is also said that having your own domain is required for someone to become a transcendent. Which is one of the reason why being a transcendent was out of reach for the many.

Zephyr nodded at the system notifications. He also didn't receive other rewards like experience points or items aside from the title upgrade as in the first place, it was a friendly spar.

But as he achieved something big, the system rewarded him according to his feat. Having his waver became successful, Zephyr then undo his dragonoid form as the dragon scales around him disappeared.

His sword also disappeared as he decided to put it back to the inventory as the appearance of the Mythic rated sword was so eye catching. Looking at his attire, he sighed for a moment seing that he was like a level 1 novice in the beginner village.

Seing that Zephyr was a little bothered as his equipments disappeared, Mike was a little bothered as he was the reason for it's disappearance. Seing the expression that Mike was creating, Liera then spoke to Zephyr

"Umm. Will you allow us to give you a compensation as we are responsible for destroying your equipments."

Hearing the concerned tone of Liera, Zephyr then looked at the other seraphs who shared the same thoughts. He then said.

"No need. I was about to change those items in the near future."

Zephyr wasn't really bothered by it as he was beginning to raise his level, he also need a higher level equipment that could help him as he didn't plan to always use the Aetherius Set.

Liera and the seraphs were touched at what Zephyr said as he didn't blame them for it. For what they heard, human beings were greedy creatures who won't let an opportunity to pass but for them, Zephyr is different. However,

"Please accept our request. We won't have a peace of mind if you us let go without taking any responsibility."

Hearing the resolute voice of Liera, Zephyr decided to accept their offer as he thought it was the good nature of the seraphs.

"Hmmm."

Hearing Zephyr nodded in agreement, the seraphs let out an exclaim as they were glad that they could repay him. Liera then asked Zephyr what his preference.

"As long as it is not legendary. I would prefer a leather or cloth equipment that looked cool."

The enthusiastic seraphs immediately dispersed as they began search for a tier 1 equipment that suit Zephyr according to what he said. Liera gigled at the side of Zephyr as she watch how happy her kin was.

It didn't took long for the items to be prepared on the table where Zephyr was resting after feeling exhausted from the duel. Zephyr then looked at the enthusiasm of the seraphs who were eager for him to look at the items.

Zephyr didn't broke their expectation as he complied which made them glad. He then looked at the leather armor that is a black in color and would look like a jacket that almost a coat in the real world.

Liera then blushed a little seing his appearance as in the first place, Zephyr was already good looking.

The other seraphs widened their mouths as they were impressed at the appearance with Zephyr. They were satisfied at the look of the boy who had dark scarlet hair, light blue eyes who wore the the items they prepared.

In addition to his high charm, Zephyr became even more dazzling to their eyes but the person in question didn't care as he just thanked the seraphs for their generosity and gifts.

Then Zephyr and the seraphs returned and continued the feasts which was halted because of the spar. As this was the first time Zephyr would try to eat in Tensura, he was more than eager as he was curious what would it feels to it in virtual reality.

[You have eaten a cuisine of the Seraphs.]

[All stats will rise by 10% for one hour.]

"Delicious."

After taking a bite on the meal in front of him, Zephyr unconsciously muttered as he was slightly surprised as it feels like he was eating in the real world. However, even the food tastes great, Zephyr ate slowly like his habit and savor the flavor instead of rushing to finish the food.

The seraphs were more than satisfied hearing his remark as he praised the seraph's cuisine. In reality, Zephyr could say that it was more delicious than what he had been eating before as he couldn't explain of what it really taste as he could feel a mana in the foods.

The atmosphere was filled with happiness as some seraphs were dancing as they were truly enjoying that had a guest for the first time for many years.

Some would then asked Zephyr and he also answered in his casual monotone voice but the seraphs were starting to get used that he didn't display any emotion or whatsoever.

Finishing his meal, Zephyr said his gratitude and told them that he should continue his journey back to the White Tiger City as he was curious about one thing there.

The seraphs were a little sad that he is leaving but didn't stop him. In fact, all seraphs led Zephyr to where the exit of Elysia is. Zephyr then narrowed his eyes seeing the exit was a portal. He could also feel that the seraphs could leave if they wanted to but didn't.

As he wondered why the seraphs were not leaving Elysia, he then turned to Liera. Sensing his thought, Liera smiled as she spoke.

"It's not that we can't. It just that we don't. There's no rules that prohibited us from leaving Elysia but for us Seraphs, we prefer to leave Elysia when we became a transcendent so we could enjoy the outside world of Tensura better."

Zephyr nodded and didn't ask anymore. He could tell what the reason of it. As Tensura is the world that follows the rule, 'Survival to the Fittest'. If there's someone stronger than you there, they will only prey on you if you were not strong enough to defend yourself.

He could guess that the seraphs preferred to be a transcendent when they roam as no one in Tensura will mess with a transcendent unless they were idiots as even their fellow transcendents do not fight recklessly with a transcendent.

Entering the portal, he could hear the cheers of the seraphs as they bade farewell at Zephyr as they were telling him stuffs like good luck or come back again. Zephyr nodded as he was also planning to return here in the near future if he had nothing to do as he disappeared in Elysia.

With a flash Zephyr appeared again in The Great Jura Forest again after leaving Elysia. Without wasting time to reminiscent, he then ran towards the White Tiger City.

With his high agility, Zephyr's speed was comparable to a car in the real world as he swiftly passed through the forest as he also blinked occasionally to cut and shorten the time he would travel.

After ranning fast for almost six days straight, he then heard a scream throughout the forest which caught his attention.

"Ahhh! Someone help!"
