Means when he started to accelerate his perception, he felt as if time is slowing down.

But in reality, time was not slowing down, instead his mind is calculating everything at super fast speed.

Its like Overclock ability of the computer, when you play games on it.

Its just this consume his energy, and he got tired pretty fast.

So he can't use it forever.

Eugene opened his panel, and found that his panel also changed.

From now onward, daily his power will increase by 1 point without doing any kind of training.

But this will usually slow down after his power reached 100,000 units.

If you want to become stronger at faster rate, then you need training.

Maximum limit of Viltrumite strength is around 1 million power points.

Its just this limit doesn't exist for Eugene.

As long as he keep completing the training Quest, he can infinitely become stronger.

Its just training Quest will also update as your power increases.

Weak Punch doesn't count by the system.
