Bellum was a lovely city by any standards but like any other City, there were the dark sides, slums torn by gang and villain activity, and families carrying weapons just to feel safe.

But not everyone feared living there- some people, villains, criminals, anarchists, and people who were shunned all their lives so that all they craved was violence. They ruled the slums of Bellum.

But who was to keep these villains at bay? The heroes of course! An elite division of cops, you see, everyone is born with extraordinary power, unique to that person. For example, the hero LDshadowlady can shift into animals And the vigilante Grian has the wings and tail of a parrot.

To untrained eyes, this city may be a paradise but the government mainly focuses on the rich and leaves the poor to fend for themselves. Most people tended to turn a blind eye to this injustice to ensure their safety, but some people made it their life goal to disrupt and shame the government for their behavior.

One of those people just happens to be the #1 villain named Dream. He and his gang of villains gave the heroes the worst time with stunts like burning down multiple police stations and killing government officials that passed laws hurting the people. Some loved them and most hated them, they were villains after all!
