24 Chapter 24: First Fight Without Holding Back

"Huff... Huff... Huff..." taking a deep breather, I closed my eyes, tilting my head up, I inhaled and exhaled.

'Ugh! Finally this visions are over.' grunting in discomfort, I opened my eyes.

"M'lord! you alright?" exclaimed Lynn the butler, while I saw him looking at me with alittle bit of concern in his oldy eyes.

"Yes, I was just having alittle hard time getting my power of Paladin under control." I said, raising up my hand to signal him I was ok.

"Still... Here M'lord, Take this potion." he said, while giving me a red healing potion.

'So this is the YGGDRASIL potion huh? I can just by a glance tell that, It is by many many times better then those blue potion of New World.' I thought, gulping down the whole potion.

My head and mind suddenly felt much more relaxed after taking the potion.

"Thanks Lynn, It helped alot." I thanked him, while he palmed his right chest lightly giving me slight bow.

"It is my honour to help M'lord... If M'lord wants, I can summon some angels for you to battle and test your power now." he said, while I immediately nodded ...I definitely wanted to check my power now, and I won't hold back this time.

Pulse! I don't have to hide my power or anything like before anymore in here. As, for Lynn I know he will be loyal to me, he was a man that have been loyal to a man for 600 year, and I was that man successor.

And more likely, I can't hide my real power from him anyway in the near futures, because even with this major boost of my power. I know, I am still weaker then him.

"Sure Lynn, Please then summon some angels."

"Yes M'lord... ‹Summon Angel 7th tier›" he chanted, while two powerful angels were summoned, they bathed the room in holy white-blue light and bringing a slight fragrance in the air. While there head and body were obscured as they were covered with numerous glowing feathered wings and decorated with royal tablets. At the front of there head, a glowing divine magic circle is emitted.

~Dominion Authority -

"M'lord they are 7th-tier middle-rank angels Dominion Authority. I think they are perfect for testing your power." he said, while I couldn't help but question myself, was it confidence he had in me or was he just asking me to get beaten up?

They were 7th-tier creatures! In anyway you see ...They are clearly legendary creatures in the standard of New World. Now, he want me a child inhabitant of New World to fight it. But, who am I to complain? I am actually interested in this battle.

"Yes M'lord, With my deceased lord legacy ...you should atleast be able to fight them." Lynn said in confidence, I guess he believes in his master power.

"Hehe they are good!" I shouted, quickly dashing forward, I took out my Excalibur, while the whole rooms pressure tensed up.

[‹King of Heroes› gazes at the Excalibur and harrumphs]

"‹Lightning Sword›!" engulfing my Excalibur in lighting, I thrusted it's tip toward the angels body.

*Zuussss! Chiiichiiichii!

The entire room was struck with my lighting, while smoke filled the room, making my body invisible in the dust.

*Fwoosh!

Angels flapped there huge wings, while whole smoke in the room dispersed immediately, while bending down there body's they directly charged toward me, them swinging there holy mace.

*Clang!

I clashing against there mace with my Excalibur, opened my two tomoe Sharingan increasing my battle sense and power of my attacks.

"‹Maximize Magic: Twin Magic: Ice Javelin›" summoning more then 10 Ice javelin in the thin air, I threw them toward the angels.

[Magic attack +200 (temporarily)]

There body suddenly began to imitate holy light, melting down all of my ice javelins, while thick fog filled the room from where my ice javelins had melted.

"They are tough." I complained, while I began running in a circle around those angels.

As, I began kneading my chakra and began converting them into fire, while I created a multitude of fireball at the same time in the air.

"‹Fire Release: Great Flame Flower›" soon, many huge fire balls began raining down toward two Dominion Authority.

Though, Once again there body glowed, but there body this time were enveloped in a column of pure light pillar.

'Is this the 7th-tier spell Holy Smite?' I muttered, while two huge pillars had been formed in the center of two Dominion Authority that had reached upto sky, while it's pressure made my fireball to extinguish in an instant.

When like a holy judgment, pure light beam came charging at me from the sky, the white room rooftop bursting open giving me a beautiful yet deadly view of the blue sky.

While without a second thought ...I also took my stance. My body immediately imitating an deadly sinister aura, my eye flashing red like a demon, my Excalibur also enveloping in a sinister energy completely opposite to its previous holy aura.

"‹Death Art: Death God Annihilation›" I casted, throwing the pent up sinister energy of my sword toward the incoming light beam attack from the sky, the entire air and birds that came in the way of my attack were annihilated, as it kept on leaping upward in the sky.

With a clear view, my attack directly cut through the Holy Smite, while without waiting.

I immediately lunged forward to attack the two angels.

"‹Shukuchi Kai: Death Art: Death God Strike›" my body directly appearing near the first Dominion Authority, I used my Death Art to burst open the entire body of the first angel, as it's body turned into light particles while disappearing soon.

*Swoosh!

Suddenly, the remaining last Dominion Authority watching me gotten near them, rushed at me ... raising his holy mace in air, ready to crush my head with it's mace.

"‹Shadow Possessiont: Hundred Stabs›" but in the end, my body turned into shadow dodging it's full-blown attack, while sneaking right behind him ...I threw stabs at it with the tip of my sword.

Making, the second angel also change into light particles and soon disappearing in the air.

"Awesome M'lord! I really didn't thought you could actually defeat two 7th-tier angels, you are really worthy of being my master successor." he applauded, while I just gave him a nod.

"But M'lord, Is that sinister aura you showed before somehow related with your Oath?"

"Yes, Something like that." I answered him, while he surprisingly didn't asked anymore, but had a little interested look.

"So tell me what happened to my companions?" I now asked, suddenly remembering I had some companies.

"Oh, M'lord don't have to worry about it ..they all are outside the dungeon, if you want I can send you there."

"Then please do ..but won't you be coming with me?"

"No M'lord, I will join you soon enough. I have to first do something my deceased lord has ordered me to, and I will follow you after that." he said, while I didn't pressured him to come with me, the more far he is from me now, the more freedom I will have, until I am stronger then him.

"Umm~ What happened? Why are we outs— Commander! Where is Commander?!" exclaimed Froza immediately after waking up, as she turned around to see all of hired adventurers to be lying on the ground and walked up.

"Ughh! Wh-what happened here?" This time Kavok, the leader of Dark horses questioned.

While, slowly everyone also began to wake up.

"What happened here? Weren't we fighting those wing bastard's? How did we arrived infront of the dungeon?"

"Wh-what is going on here? Where is Young Lord and Lady Froza?" questioned Katherine.

"Commander!" suddenly a loud sound of Froza echoed in the ear of everyone, moving all of there heads to the shout.

They saw two figures, who of course were Froze and me.

"Hello guys." I spoke, while many were still confused with how they were in the entrance of the dungeon.

"Well guys ..let's go now we don't have anything to do here now."

"Wh-what? What about the treasures? Weren't we here for that?" a random adventurers voice asked, while I just summoned my Excalibur.

"Well you see guys ...It seems like there weren't any treasures expect this sword." I said, swinging the sword randomly ...while I could see many gulping down with the energy it leaked.

While, Kavock had a greedy look in his eyes staring at Excalibur, same could be said to Katherine but for some reason she retreated her greedy eyes to a normal.

"Young Lord ...Then, what about the reward we were told to be given from the dungeon? Well if it is this swo—" before Kavok could continue further.

"Well, the condition was if only we completed the dungeon ... Basically only "I" completed the dungeon, while you all fainted the halfway through and to a plus point, I even had to carry your body out of the dungeon." I said, giving them a tired look, while Kavok still eying the sword.

Being a generous lord, I promise to give you all the full payment." hearing my last statement, all adventurers all had a thankful look, basically if a adventurers don't complete there mission, they will not receive a single penny from there quest reward. But, this generous and handsome leader infront of them was ready to give them the full reward from this quest, how could they still want more.

"Shut up Kavok, Can't you see "my" Young Lord being generous and giving us all reward promised from this quest, even when we just did halfway quest." Katherine voice interrupted, while Kavok was left speechless with her audacity of her calling me "my".

Seeing me not correcting her word, Katherine face carried on a small smirk, which only I seemed to have noticed. While Kavok clenched his fist in rage, but he controlled himself to show it in open, how could he a peasant be comparable to me a Nobel.

While by my side, Froza clutched her fist tightly.

"Well, if none has the problem, then let's leave this place." I said, all agreed, thus our journey to Stone Town began!
