The Demon Enforcers

"So, how are we ending this war." Kagaya said as he looked me over as we sat in front of one another.

"Simple, I'm making the entire population of Japan into the next step of humanity, including the Demon Slayers." I say before I take a sip of my green tea, although I prefer black tea but I can stand it at least.

"…. Is that the only way this doesn't end in bloodshed?" He says squinting his eyes at me.

"It is, as much as some would wish that humans and demons coexisted together, even with my intervention that won't be possible, although the craving for humans is gone, demons can still gain strength through it if they become lazy and don't wish to keep training themselves to quickly gain strength, I didn't care before but I realized in the long run that this would become a rampant problem if left unchecked, and that is where you and your slayers come in." I say before reaching into my robes and pulling out some ore that looked similar to nichirin iron ore but this has a blood red hue to it.

"When they get out of control I need demons that have the strength and weapons to put them down, and this ore can kill this new generation of demons…. To an extent." I say pushing it towards him.

"…. So you want to turn the Demon Slayers into Enforcers of the law?" He says after looking at the ore closely before looking back at me.

"Yes, that can ore when forged can kill 3rd generation demons and onwards while being able to injure 2nd generation demons but being unable to kill first generation demons entirely, I want the Slayers to be the law in this country as I can't single handedly deal with every single demon I come across, as after the 1st generation I can't simply kill them with a thought." I go to explain to him.

"And then you want us to do it, but why not let the 12 Demon Moons or any of the stronger Demons to do this instead of us?"

"Simple, they have been demons longer and they have all done bad things and thus it wouldn't be hard for them to just look the other way to any of demons doing what they want, where as you and your men have been doing this for years so they would be perfect to be the Enforcers that kept the country clean this way." I gave my response back to him about this as well.

"Alright, then I have a different question, if children are turned into Demons would their bodies still grow up? Or would they permanently look like children for the rest of their lives, and what of the issue of fertility when it comes with people becoming immortal?"

"Any demon that is made after Muzan's time that was originally a child will still grow up until they reach adulthood and then stop aging entirely, and they won't look old unless one lives for well over 10,000 years, but after that time from what I can tell only their hair would turn completely white to mark their age." I pause as I think about the next part before I go into detail to him.

"And as for the fertility issue, demons of the 1st generation, ones made from my blood, and the 2nd generation, those made by the blood of the ones I personally made, will have the same fertility as humans would, but generations 3 to 5 would have reduced fertility making it harder for them to get pregnant for the later generations where as any generations 6 and onwards would be no different than Muzan's Demons with weakness from sunlight and completely infertile, that's why at a bare minimum village Leaders will be 4th Generation demons so as they can keep the people in check as any generation past 6th are more likely to act like normal demons did during Muzan's time." I say before taking a sip of my tea and placing it down.

"So what of 1st and 2nd generations then, if we can't kill them and only are able to injure the 2nd generations, how will they be dealt with?" Since the blades made by this ore wouldnt be able to kill those demons after all.

"1st generation Demons I can deal with personally if I ever need to, 2nd generations can be dealt by you, but only if the person who has injured them with these blades is a 1st generation demon, as you may or may not know demons such as myself and Muzan could inject our blood right through our fingers directly into another persons body to change them, 1st generation demons can do the same, if an injured 2nd generation's body is overloaded with more blood than it can handle from a first generation the body itself will break down as a result as it's own cells are destroyed from the overload alone." That's why I only put in a certain amount before stopping as it's how much their body can physically handle before outright exploding as a result.

"And only I or 1st generations can do this as the blood connection is too weak for 2nd generations and onwards to try and do that to those below them without draining their own bodies of all of their blood in the process." I will admit most of the things I say are speculations from my personal observations, and the chats personal status identification has shone me on different generations of Demons.

"If we do this…. Do we constantly have to find you to change each one of us into Demons?" Kagaya wanted some clarification on this as it is rather crucial to know.

"No, my blood will be enough." I say as I reach into my clothes to pull out a small box holding 100 syringes holding my blood in it.

"1 shot should be enough for one person to become a demon, though some people can handle more or less but this is what one needs from me to change, inject just enough into someone to change them, but if their body looks like they can't handle just look at the whites of their eyes, if it turn's completely red then stop as that is the most their body can handle without destroying itself, even if one's strong enough to handle a whole vial and could take a 2nd one, don't do it as a second injection will quickly overload their body and soon destroy it if one keeps going, so only you should be the one to administer this to anyone else and have someone you trust administer it to yourself." I say pushing the small box over to him after explain it all.

"One last thing, what do we lose if we do this and become demons?"

"…. Nothing, the only thing I control is your lives but I only kill people that have gone out of their way to betray me, so making the new Demon Enforcers, you, into 1st generation demons only will make it so that betrayal is impossible as I will sense it when you or any of you decide to go that route and with a snap of my fingers your life will be over, but besides that I couldn't care less what any of you want to do with your lives after this, live them how you want so long as you don't betray me none of you have anything to worry about." Which they really won't because I won't constantly be in this world as they will be the ones that will control it along with the Night Parade and 12 Demon Moons in my absence unless it take them with me to other worlds as my own personal loyal followers, but only select demons and the 12 demon moons are eligible for cross world travel with me.

"…. Haaaa…. I've heard enough…. Alright, with everything being said, you have convinced me to go along with this, the Demon Slayers, no, the Demon Enforcers as you call it, will follow your lead, so long as the world we see is one where peace rule for our country." He sighs before he holds out his hand which I reach out and shake it.

"Good, and don't worry, the future of this country will be happy and prosperous where everyone, who stays in line, will achieve their own peace of mind." I say before pulling away my hand as we both get up.

"I'm glad this could end without anymore unnecessary bloodshed, I hope with his death that it washes away most of the evils others had committed in his name and that this country is a better one for the next generation to come." I say to him before giving him a nod before turning away and walking to one of the walls as a portal opens up leading me back home to the Infinity Castle.

"…. I hope this decision is right, but only time will tell…." Kagaya says as he looks over the crate full of blood red ore and box full of blood filled needles.

It's all for the greater good after all, right?

I will say this is that more Smut chapters will start to appear more often as he gets more women, though I will say that not all those chapters will be entirely smut as there will be some build up at least before that and things happening after that if it's starts right off the bat of a chapter as other things are happening and going on while Dio is having his fun with his many women while trying to make the perfect heir after all.
