32 Unspoken Event

"Oh? There was a Motherf*cker here?" Gabriel uttered when he saw a golden fancy carriage. He crossed his arms while raising his brows. The young man knows who is the person inside of that fancy carriage. "A bastard," he uttered.

His eyes became cold before staring at a huge gate.

Gabriel who just entered Chavez Duchy was now standing at the gate of the Duke's manor. No one could notice his presence and no one could possibly see him.

Is it possible? The answer is yes.

Gabriel drank an invisibility potion to infiltrate into his father-in-law's manor. The moment that he read his sister's letter, he quickly ordered Selena to get him a potion from Leonardo, and God only knows how Selena did that most quickly.

"A pity, I did not bring my darts here," He uttered coldly with a blank expression.

"Young Master. His Majesty, the king, visited the Duke today to confirm if the Young Lady Maria has finally returned to her father," Selena who was standing behind Gabriel stated. "The King also came with his only son, the Crown Prince Yohan."

"You didn't tell it to me earlier?" Gabriel asked calmly.

Selena let out a sly smile. Although she could feel the terrifying aura from Gabriel, it wasn't enough to scare her. "Gabriella will kill me if she found out that his brother targeted the King's butt with his darts. I don't want to face her wrath. Although I like messing up with her, I know when to follow her words carefully."

When Gabriel heard it, his terrifying aura suddenly retracted. He realized that his sister's 'Lady-In-Waiting' is correct. He should do things logically.

Gabriel twitches his lips as he took out a pouch of gold. He threw it on Selena and she immediately caught it with her own hands. "Scram," he said as he turned around. "Do what you want, My sister and I will go home by ourselves," He said.

"Fortunately, I have another business with a very rich lady," Selena said with a smirk "By the way, I heard that the King proposed to your sister once," she said then she disappeared with the use of teleportation scroll.

Gabriel paused for a moment. "Proposed... to my sister?" He asked himself. His expression suddenly reached the lowest temperature. "That bastard and my sister?" He uttered.

That expression vanished when he glanced at the fancy carriage. His terrifying face was suddenly replaced with a calm expression.

Gabriel went directly to a carriage with a golden dragon seal. No one could notice him because the potion that he drank was the highest grade, even if they have a magic detector, that won't notice Gabriel.

"Let's see, what do we have here?" He uttered with bored eyes. He stopped right in front of the carriage's door and waited for it to open.

When the carriage of the King opened. A man with golden hair and blue eyes appeared before his eyes. There was a majestic aura that is surrounding his body, the man has almost replicated the light of the sun because of his appearance and aura.

But to hell with that? Gabriel doesn't care. He was only here to finish his task with this blonde bastard. He doesn't have time to appreciate the beauty of the king or anything.

After all, he is handsome himself.

A childish idea suddenly appeared to Gabriel's silly mind. The man raised his right foot when he noticed that the bastard will finally come down. He immediately placed it on the folding step of the carriage.

When Ian was about to step out of the carriage, an unexpected thing happened.

"OH MY!" a servant shouted.

"T-The king has fallen, quickly! support his Majesty!"

They immediately went to Ian who was slumped shamefully to the ground. The King couldn't even react to what had happened to him.

"Your Majesty, are you alright?" A servant asked.

The dumbfounded King only nodded his head. He immediately rejected the hand of his servant to save his reputation as he stand up like nothing had happened to him. Hw wandered his eyes to that area with suspicion.

Did someone make the king stumble?

No one will know because the culprit of the incident went away with a smirk on his face. Secretly celebrating his successful feat. "Be grateful that I have a wife who was waiting for me," he said with a haughty look on his face.

But it's also a shame.

Gabriel knows that this special event won't be publicized in the news for the sake of the King's reputation. The news won't probably reach the Duke's ears.

It is truly disappointing.

But who cares? Gabriel will never forget the dumb face of the King while slumping to the ground.

He should've put some dirt on that blonde bastard's face.

After executing his childish actions, the smirk on his face immediately vanished while imagining the current condition of his wife. "Don't cry, I'll appear there in a second," he uttered with a soft tone.

Gabriel took out a teleportation scroll and went straight to his wife's room.

•••••

"Are you sure you didn't do anything bad at the Duke's manor?" Gabriella asked her brother as they roamed around the Velasquez Duchy. "I am certain that you saw the King. Little brother," Gabriella told him.

After Gabriella delivered the cookie to Maria's room, she saw his brother hugging Maria in his arms and pampering her. They almost made Gabriella jealous for being lovey-dovey. Poor single dog, poor old single lady.

But anyway, the siblings didn't stay longer at the Duke's manor. After they finished eating the cookies, Gabriella and Gabriel decided to go home (or more likely go to roam around the Duchy first).

Gabriella did not bother to greet the Duke before leaving, she only left a letter to inform Evan of her departure because she was determined to take her brother away from that King. Who knows if her brother suddenly became idiotic.

Besides, they have to be ready for the coming banquet.

"What I did wasn't allowed to be spoken," Gabriel replied to his sister.

"My brother is keeping a secret from me?" Gabriella gasped sarcastically. "Unfilial brother!"

"Sister has more secrets from me," Gabriel rolled his eyes. "For example, you almost became the crown princess. I almost had a bastard as a brother-in-law," He said with a frown. "My big sister didn't even tell me that important thing."

Gabriella choked from her breath. "W-where did you heard that?" She asked.

"Guess who?" Gabriel asked. He suddenly stopped in front of a dart booth. He paid for the darts and shoot the targets without any miss. In the end, he won a big black teddy bear with red eyes. He pushed that bear to his sister and went away.

"F*ck! Let me guess! It's Selena! That sly fox is really--- UGHHHH!" Gabriella pulled her hair out of frustration. She quickly hugged the bear in her hands and ran to catch up with her brother. "I will really beat her ass up!" She shouted.

Gabriel rolled his eyes at his sister. "Childish as always," he uttered.

"But anyway, I met the king's son. He is really cute!" She giggled. "Actually, he looks like his father when he was just a child. He is really cute, especially when eating cookies!" Gabriella cuddled the bear in her hands. "He even asked me to marry him," She said happily.

"Like father like son, huh?" Gabriel frowned.

"Don't worry, I told him that I will marry him to my future daughter!" Gabriella giggled.

Gabriel twitches his lips. A bastard's son as his sister's future son-in-law?

REJECTED.

"And who will be your husband?" He asked.

Gabriella paused for a while. Evan's image appeared in her mind but she immediately erased them off. She scratched her cheeks before clearing her throat. "T-that..." She said. "Nevermind, that child will not remember what I said anyway. He will eventually forget it when he grows up."

"Do not underestimate a child, sister," Gabriel told her. He knows that the Prince is a smart child. He has not seen Yohan but according to Leonardo's data about him. The child is truly intelligent. "Enough with roaming, let us go home. We have to prepare for the banquet."

Little did Gabriella know, she should've listened to her brother.
