The Prince of Webster Kingdom, Austin Webster, whose personality you want to describe, you can tell it in one word, Playboy. An obscene, selfish, and lousy person who sees girls only on the outer side.

He is also one of Andrew's party members in the anime. He has a slightly painful past, which made his personality like this. 

Earlier, he was a good man and a boy who loved his family, but due to one mistake, he lost his younger sister, due to which his parents made him lonely, and he is always in the grief of losing his sister.

When his pain grew excessive, he began drinking to attempt to forget it and began forming physical relationships with people of the opposite gender, which gave rise to his current personality.
