Villain: Puppeteer Narrator

After being the narrator of the bored gods for who knows how long, Auriel knew that his future was bleak and uncertain. His life was boring and hard after suppressing his true self to live a few days more to live until he couldn't. It was unknown if it was luck or bad luck but, his punishment after he made a god furious was to transmigrate into the body of a villainous piggy noble he was narrating a while ago.  This was both an opportunity for him to live a good life to spite the gods and while at it maybe torment the protagonist who he deemed as the reason for his punishment.   But for some reason, troubles were following him like a plague. Vicious fiends who possess bodies, shape shifts, manipulate the minds of people, and are more vicious than fiends, humans.  Fortunately, he possessed the power to control things like a puppet. However, this newfound ability came at a price that he didn't know… ----------- Join my Discord server : https://discord.gg/H5fw9qhk2a

Need a break...

Auriel rolled Elise on top of himself to the side, making the slave girl bathe in literal blood and flesh.

Then he got up without caring where to touch and took a look around.

In the area of Killian's Golden Goose, there was no one standing, all of the people were laying on the ground motionlessly. They were probably dead or passed out.

But this was not the important part as Auriel was a bit anxious about Monstrosities in the auction house, as his and Gordon's landing was loud enough for them to hear.

"Damn you Gordon. Couldn't you be slower or give me a warning?" Auriel complained but all he got from Gordon was a slight amused smile.

"Anyway, bring me to the Weaver mansion. I am tired and don't want to deal with any more fiend."

Gordon nodded slowly and crouched, his back was facing towards Auriel.

Auriel climbed on his back with a clear displeasure and floated Elise on top of him.

Then a boom sound came from the back. Auriel turned his head, only to see 2 large red-skinned fiend that crashed open the auction house's door.

Without waiting for their reaction, Gordon began to run again, not leaving any chance for the red-skinned fiends to follow him. They persisted for a few minutes but it was futile against Gordon's ability of sleep which made them slower and slower.

After leaving the monstrosities behind his back, Gordon passed through the currently lifeless streets of Mortuus City without encountering a single living human, only corpses.

Then sometime later, before arriving at the Weaver mansion, they saw a soldier clad in black armor, leaning against a wall with a strange expression. He was a soldier of the Weaver family which was apparent from his armor.

Gordon halted before him and questioned coldly:

"Why are you alone, soldier? Where are your comrades? If you don't say anything, I will treat you as a deserter and kill you on the spot."

But the soldier didn't let out any sound, just lifted his face to Gordon, showing his unfocused eyes with a slight shine of intelligence and twitching lips.

This sight gave Auriel what he needed to know.

"Kill him, a parasitic fiend possessing his body and trying to adapt to it." Auriel ordered sharply, which Gordon nodded as he too understood after seeing the expression of the soldier.

A spear appeared in Gordon's hand, which came from his soul. Then he directly stabbed the spear into the possessed soldier's heart, killing him on the spot.

After the soldier's lifeless body fell to the ground, Gordon took the nameplate of the soldier and resumed his run.

And some time later they arrived at the gates of Weaver mansion.

The guards who were staying at the gates took their spears into their hands and tightly clenched them.

Gordon and Auriel were completely covered by blood, making it impossible for these poor guards to discern their identity and in return be anxious about their purpose of coming here.

"Who are you?" One of the guards raised his courage and demanded an answer.

Gordon took a step forward, making the guards raise their spears. Then he smacked his palm onto the left area of his armor.

"Master Gordon, the personal guard of young master Auriel." Gordon said with a loud and steady tone.

The guards calmed down slightly after hearing this answer but didn't completely let go of their spears.

"Show me proof!" One of the guards said bravely and got closer to them with an expectant shine in his eyes.

Gordon nodded with an understanding and suddenly the guard that came fell to the ground with his eyes closed.

"Tsk! He escaped from duty…" One of the guards whispered with jealous eyes that looked at the sleeping guard.

Then the guards smacked their palms on their armor and opened the gates in hurry.

From the gate, a handsome man in his thirties with long black hair and brown eyes shined with wisdom that shouldn't belong to someone young like him.

"Welcome, Young master Auriel, Gordon. It seems that gate opening did a number on you." The man said while lightly smacking his black armor. His voice was deep and contained a charisma that every leader would kill to have.

Gordon also immediately smacked his palm to his armor and slightly bowed.

"Grandmaster Garret. Why are you here at the gates instead of the inside? Is it because of the gate opening?" Gordon respectfully inquired.

Grandmaster Garret showed a charming smile to Gordon and leaned to him with his gloved hand on Gordon's bloodied shoulder.

"No need to be tense around me, Gordon, my old friend. Did you forget that we were on the same team while we were just hot-blooded teenagers?"

This old man atmosphere gave Auriel chills. He didn't like to talk about any memories of old, as they remind him of how old he was.

Hence he decided to escape to his room without entering their conversation.

He just greeted Grandmaster Garret with a nod and resumed his walk to the mansion while thinking about Garret.

'It would be better if I win over this guy to my side. He must be pretty powerful if he looks young while being Grandmaster.'

Auriel entered the mansion without caring about making the floors bloody and climbed the stairs.

Then he arrived in his dark, lightless room and clicked his tongue in displeasure. He opened the curtains while cursing at the maids that didn't do their job and dropped Elise on the couch.

Next, he removed all of his clothes and went to the bathroom that was in his room.

Without minding the dark-colored bathroom, as he began to get used to the gloomy rooms of the Weaver mansion, he got into the bathtub and leaned his head.

When the warm water began to fill the bathtub and got in contact with his pale, bodied skin, he released a sigh of relief and closed his eyes.

"I should sleep for a week minimum…

Hey you, gimme power stones. It helps a lot not for my book and my moral.

Anyway, did you like the last chapters? I tried to make more light hearted as I thought it was a bit too dark than I intended.
