13 Madness

Raj spent another peaceful evening with his family and after teasing Nandu for a while longer, he called it a day a he had too many things to do the next day.

The next day, Raj left home early and went to the east side of town where the Investment company of ARK industries was located. He saw a huge colosseum like office, this branch basically handled most f the liquid cash the group had and so it was more important than the headquarters in some ways. As Raj came to the front of the office, he saw a fat chubby man waiting for him at the entrance, as he got out of the car, the chubby man came up to him and introduced himself "hello boss, I heard you were coming today and wanted to give you a personal tour of the place, I'm Dheeraj, the manager here"

Raj just nodded at him, there will always be people licking up to the superiors so he didn't mind Dheeraj's attitude. Raj continued to walk into the office and looked around, he was surprised how luxurious the office was and the canteen had many different restaurants to choose from, finally after a lengthy tour, he came to his own office, on the way he could see many people pointing at him and discussing about something. Some knew what was happening and some didn't, Raj didn't care though he just continued with his walk to his new office

The office was fairly simple, but it was huge with a sofa and table at the side and the main table was in front of a huge floor to ceiling window, it was a little intimidating to look at. Raj liked his office, it was just his style, then Raj turned to Dheeraj and asked him to call all the managers and upper echelon of the workspace to come to the conference room ASAP. Dheeraj obliged and went away

Raj was thinking to himself that there were so many aspects of this world the movie doesn't cover, he sighed and walked to the conference room after a few minutes. As he walked into the room, everyone stood up and waited for him, but Raj didn't speak to anyone and just sat at the head seat, with Dheeraj pulling his chair for him and waiting for him to sit. Raj didn't mind it and just sat down and looked around the room, he gave them a serious, intimidating look, after a while he just smiled like nothing happened and asked them all to sit down

But everyone in the room understood that Raj was not joking around coming to this position suddenly, Raj said "most of you already know me but let me introduce myself, I'm Raj, Raj Manohar and I will be your boss from now on, until now we were just controlling 50 million $ in capital funds but from now on, because of my insistence we will have double that." Many of then took a deep breath listening to his introduction, the first day he came in he brought so much funds with him, it also means they will be getting better bonuses and pay if they perform well from now on, everyone was excited

Raj continued "but that also means that I control and am responsible for 100% of the funds, which means that any investment or any plans you have will have to be vetted by me, only then will it proceed. But don't worry, you will still get your bonuses and the like, even the bad deals will on me so you can trust me on that", all the employees were relieved and excited, they just have to follow proper orders and even if they lose money, they don't have to worry about any consequences

Raj said "another good news is that all of you will get a 20% hike in your current salary, this across the ladder, even freshers will receive it" everyone was happy, who wouldn't be happy to hear they got hike for no reason, they also started to trust and have more confidence in Raj as their boss. Raj also understood that you need to give something to your employees to motivate them when you're planning to make loads and loads of money anyway

Then Raj asked everyone "ok, tell me the current investments made by the company and the remaining liquid cash left over", he just leaned back to listen to them but what he heard surprised and confused him. It was really bizarre, someone said they invested in Mahindra and some said they invested in Adani group which was all normal but one of the managers said he invested 7 million $ in Bheeshma group of industries and another one said he invested in a company named Origins which is based in the US, one more manager said invested in Rajendra group of industries

Raj was really confused as he never heard of any company like this except… expect in Movies!! Bheeshma industries from the movie Bheeshma, Origins from the movie Maharshi and Rajendra group from the movie Varisu. It all made sense now, Raj was overwhelmed by his sudden discovery. He took a deep breath and smiled finally, it wouldn't be fun any other way, he just had to devour everything and take whatever he could. He was curious what other movies and madness was going on in this world

He calmed down and asked his employees to send the report to the office as he had to look into the particular situation of the above companies and see where they are in their plots to take full advantage. After he went to his office Raj called a private investigator to find Revathi, the women who is the reason for his father and mother's fight as he already had a plan in mind.

He leaned back after the call and looked at the investment reports and thought about how to go about it and make the best profits soon
