Frost Larsh

In a desolate place where strong freezing winds gathered, there stood a white castle in the middle of the snow field. This was the home of Frost Larsh, the evilest Villain in history. He nearly ruined the Laradan Kingdom due to his wrath, leaving children orphaned and women widowed.

Despite the tragedy, hope didn't die amongst the people of the Laradan Kingdom. As the Strongest hero, Nolan Rutherford, returned and helped retaliate against the Villain, gaining the love and support of the people.

Defeated by the hero, the Villain retreated to his castle in the Larsh Territory, hoping to recover and return to bring chaos once again.

"... return to bring chaos once again—What the heck is this book? I am not that kind of villain! Right, Landell?"

A mature, fine-looking man with blue hair, paired with his enchanting blue eyes, looked at the butler standing beside the table in his office. If someone were to look at him now, no one would believe that this very attractive man was actually the evilest villain that the Laradan Kingdom ever had – Frost Larsh.

Currently, he was hoping to hear the answer he wanted to get from his butler.

"Master... Though some parts are exaggerated, the People of Laradan Kingdom already considered you as the villain," said Landell while wearing a baffled face as he wondered what was happening to his Master.

Yesterday, his Master woke up from a 1-year slumber, not remembering anything after his 15th birthday, leaving a whole century of void in his memories.

His Master Frost couldn't recall how he caused ruins to the Laradan Kingdom or even the process of becoming the Evilest Villain the country ever had, he forgot everything except his childhood.

The King even issued a death order for him, but, due to Frost Larsh being a half-blood fairy, he couldn't be killed like a normal person. He was an immortal who could live for countless thousands of years, as this was the blessing those with immortal blood got from Goddess of Laradan Kingdom. Even if they were half-blooded they inherit this blessing, though they weren't perfect.

Landell sighed as he recalled the current situation of his Master. When would his Master recover his memories and start causing havoc? His hands were starting to get itchy.

"All of this happened in a hundred years...? Why can't I remember anything? Also, I love peace the most so how... How did I become a Villain!?"

Hearing the words coming from the mouth of his Master Frost, Landell couldn't help but stood still shocked.

His master... Wanted... Peace...? Unbelievable! The Villain that everyone feared wanted peace?

"Master, don't worry. As your loyal servant, we will do our best in order to have your memory recovered," Landell gave a slight bow to Frost before continuing.

"May you excuse me this time, Master. I will gather all your loyal subjects in order to find a way to get your memory back."

Like a bolt of lightning, Landell left his master all alone in his office without even waiting for his next words.

"Wait—! Sigh, I really don't want to go back to being a villain."

With such a dilemma in his mind, Frost laid his head on the thick book he was reading.

Meanwhile, somewhere on a blue planet named Earth in a two-floor house, a certain young man looked at his computer monitor for one last time.

"...As the villain retreated on his white castle, the Hero Nolan celebrated together with the People of the Laradan Kingdom. The victory they dreamed of ended the chaos caused by Frost Larsh— Sigh, with this I can go on hiatus for a while before I start the next arc."

Having published the latest chapter and shut down the computer, the young man started packing his things. He was going on a trip together with his family for 2 months.

It sucks that during this period he wouldn't be able to update or even edit his novel, but taking a rest wasn't that bad. Unwinding this time could help him prevent getting writer's block. Recently, he started feeling stuffy, as if there was something wrong in his novel.

"Jaxon! Make sure you have shut down your computer before we go to the airport! We don't want to come back with a burned house."

"Yes, Mom!"

After double checking everything and unplugging all his appliances, Jaxon went down together with his luggage.

Their tip for this summer revolved around nature, so he was prohibited from taking any gadget with him.

"Sigh, hopefully I will not lose any readers during my 2 months hiatus."

During the past week, Frost toured around the white castle, he wanted to get accustomed to his new home. The last memories that he remembered were of living with his parents in the Capital, and occasionally spending time at their desolate property. As a result, the white castle still felt unfamiliar to him, also they might be changes since it's been a hundred years since he last came here.

Furthermore, it appeared that he was unwelcome in the Capital, to the extent that this particular piece of land was removed from the official map of the Laradan Kingdom. The king had even declared it a Forbidden Land, making it impossible for him to return to his previous home, even if he desired to do so.

"Self, what happened to you? Why did you become a villain? Didn't you want to be remembered as the kind and gentle duke? Oh why!? Oh why?!"

As he approached the training area of his subjects, he peered through the window and witnessed a sight that greeted him – thousands of men clad in rugged leather armors, assembled on the vast expanse that had previously been covered in snow. The once snowy ground was now cleared, revealing a black terrain.

Despite the freezing winds in the now Forbidden Larsh, previously known as the Larsh County, thousands of men diligently underwent the rigorous Spartan training under Landell's guidance.

"Now that Master has lost his memories, you shall train hard! So once he recovered his memories, he shall remember your hard work and pardon you!"

As Frost observed his subjects' training, he couldn't help but feel a sense of disbelief. To think that someone like him could command thousands of people to wreak havoc on the entire Laradan Kingdom was truly an astonishing feat.

"Argh! What happened in this past century? How did I become a villain to my beloved Laradan?"

As Frost made his way back to his office, he couldn't help but question how he had become a villain. Luckily, his subjects were all non-human, and they had access to a portal that allowed them to return to their own homes, eliminating the need for him to worry about their accommodations and food.

However, he still couldn't shake off the disbelief that he had managed to convince various races to follow him, which made him feel akin to a Demon King from the novels he used to read...

"... From the novels I used to read, huh? What novels?"

Frost wasn't much of a bookworm and didn't recall ever reading novels. His library mainly contains historical books, making it puzzling where he might have encountered novels related to a Demon King.

These questions crowded his mind as he returned back to reading the historical book, delving into the events that happened in the past century.

"Hmm… Let's see…"

After Frost Larsh returned to Laradan Kingdom at the age of 75 following a long journey, the King joyfully welcomed him as the only 8th Circle Half-Blood Fairy Mage, ready to inherit the Ducal Position left by his father.

However, a year later, the villagers experienced a horrifying massacre. Homes were destroyed, families torn apart, and Frost was suspected of commanding the troops from the shadows, though the King remained unaware initially, considering Frost was his capable aide that didn't leave the Capital.

As the massacre reached the nearest town to the Capital, Frost shocked everyone by declaring a coup d'etat. His once gentle face transformed into that of a madman, shattering the trust of those who had idolized him for his power and charismatic appearance.

With most of the people of the Laradan Kingdom gathered at the Capital, Frost seemed to be getting an easy victory, but the Strongest hero, Nolan Rutherford, was summoned once again from another world by the King to defeat Frost Larsh.

In a fierce battle that lasted five years, the hero ultimately overpowered Frost Larsh, forcing the villain to retreat to his White Castle in the forbidden land of Larsh.

Following the victory, the King erased all traces of the Larsh family from their history. They were no longer counted among the founders of the Kingdom but remembered as a family that had birthed a villain, nearly leading to the Kingdom's destruction.

"What the—?! Even the glorious history of my family was erased? Why did you become a villain, self? You brought shame to our family name!"

Once again ashamed by his past, Frost face palmed himself as he searched for an answer on why he became a villain.
