3 Please Hold me!!

" Hahahaha!! I got you there!"

What? She was only teasing me and I had fallen flat into her trap. This girl was so good. Her sense of humor was so good! I was really liking her every bit of a second that we were spending together. We sat down and we started talking joyously with one another. Belindah and Caroline seemed to have agreed that Vicky and I were a perfect match.

Soon we were all talking and laughing loudly. We were free with one another.

"We want to do a song." Belinda finally said, revealing what their intentions of coming to the studio were. So they sought my advice on how they should proceed. Normally, we inform our clients about what it takes to produce a song from audio to videos and see what they qualify for and where they can be deficiencies. We also discuss pricing.

Negotiating prices was a skill I was good at. I could tune any client and bring him or her to agree with my figure.

But with this team, something was amiss. I couldn't even put my figure on the table. In fact, I was willing to do a song for them for free. So I drew back the ball to myself and said;

"You know what, I have an offer here. I have been making an audio track for a special song. I want to give this track free of charge to you!"

"Oh really! Can we hear it please!"

Belindah was all excited, so were Vicky and Caroline.

So I rolled the music. There was instant liking and acclamation for the track. Then Vicky threw the ball to me again.

"Ed, while you were making this track, you had a specific tune in you. What was it?"

"Yes! Please teach us so we sing together!" Caroline chipped in happily.

I turned to Vicky, she giggled and played with her eyes rolling on me. Aw! How beautiful she looked in that silly gimmicks. I felt like touching her. Then as if responding to my unspoken request, she moved nearer to me and took my hands in hers. " Please Ed!"

How could I deny such a gorgeous girl just a little thing as this? So I happily gave in and started singing. The tune was nice. It was a simple praise song but the kind of reception it received from the three ladies was quite astonishing.

Belindah and Vicky sang the soprano voice while Caroline sang the alto voice. Then I came in with tenor and could interchange with bass. The overall performance was so good that after an hour of practicing we decided to record the first takes.

This is when things started getting sweeter. I first recorded the lead part then Belindah and Vicky added their voices.

Caroline was not left behind. She sang her part so well. Then Vicky suggested that we do the harmonization of the melodies as she also did the add-lips to the song. We stood up, me and Vicky, at par with the microphone and sang. As we sang she quietly whispered to me, " Please let's hold hands as we sing."

And she held me so tightly that I could feel the flow of blood in her veins.
