Her katana sliced through the air with calculated precision, each movement a testament to the years of rigorous training she had undergone. Kaori, a seasoned warrior, met the onslaught with a stoic resolve, deflecting the blows with a skill that spoke of her own formidable experience.
Yet, it quickly became apparent that Kaede was not unleashing her full strength. Instead, she toyed with Kaori, dancing on the edge of danger with a beguiling smirk. Her movements became a mesmerising display of mastery, a deadly performance meant to showcase her superiority. Kaori, sensing the deceptive nature of her opponent, strained to keep pace, her eyes narrowing with suspicion.
Kaede, revelling in the artistry of combat, circled Kaori like a predator circling its prey. With each parry and thrust, she revealed more of her skill, leading Kaori through a dangerous maze of calculated strikes. Every motion had a purpose, and every feint held a deadly consequence.
Kaori's frustration grew as she struggled to decipher Kaede's true capabilities. It was as if her opponent had lured her into a trap, exploiting her vulnerabilities with cruel precision. Yet Kaori's determination burned brighter than ever. With a sudden surge of energy, she unleashed a flurry of strikes, forcing Kaede to retreat momentarily.
"Nanase"
In that moment, Kaede's façade of amusement cracked, replaced by a glint of genuine admiration. Kaori was amazed that Kaede has a more refined technique. And she realised that Kaede has not confronted her directly, which made her confident that, with only strength, she can compete over Kaede.
But she made a serious mistake there; even if she has Saint body, Kaede herself has a stronger body than her, which Kaori didn't know about. As the strong attack fell over Kaede, the odachi that was going to damage Kaede stopped midway. She noticed that the odachi stopped by Kaede with only two fingers.
But Kaori still didn't give up and rotated the odachi, which led many thin wires to move and attack Kaede. Kaede realised those thin wires were more annoying for interrupting her area of movement. *Click* With one quick draw, all the wire got sliced.
"Let's decide the outcome with the final move."
Both of them stood against each other, as they were accumulating mana on their final move. Both of them are in a sword-drawing pose. Just a sound of hilt opening came, and both disappeared from their places.
