"No, I don't want it, I want it to be a surprise, and I'm taking a guess of the gender of my child," Venus still refused to have an ultrasound.
"It's for your own safety, I think you're carrying twins," Doctor Eunice insisted.

"Twins? you're kidding, right?" Vladimir whose astonished by that thought also eager to know.

"It's a son and a daughter!" Doctor Eunice said with happiness all over her pretty face.
"A boy and a girl?! oh my?! my babies!" cried out, Venus. She's really glad to hear that she's having a boy and a girl.
It was her due date, but no contractions yet.
Doctor Eunice, frequently asked her, if she can manage to bear the pain of giving birth naturally.
"Yeah, I think I can Doctor," Venus said cheerfully. Nothing is more important now than to give birth to her babies.
Not an hour passed, contractions began.
Venus felt a sharp pain, she approaches her abdomen.
"Oh my?! Ethan! this is your fault! how could you! ouch!!!" Venus's voice while in pain, she cursed at the man responsible for her pregnancy.
"Ethan again??" Doctor Eunice thought.
"Push!!! you can do it!!! remember!!! you have twins!!! push!!!"

The pediatrician and the attending registered nurse smiled at each other.

"Wait?? what's this? a birthmark?" the pediatrician thought.

"Doctor? Is she alright?" Vladimir asked while Dean,-Aurora is coming back and forth at the hallways.
"Yeah, she's fine now. She had an episiotomy, surgical incision of the perineum, and the posterior vaginal wall other than that, all her vital signs are okay. She's a tough one, although, cursing at her baby's father seems a boost of help to her energy while pushing hard to do normal delivery. She's a little freaked out there, yet, she's doing well," Doctor Eunice stated.
"Anyway, that's all for now, excuse me, I'll check on her later. I've got a phone call to answer"

"You're here at Country T? Ethan!!! stop messing around!!!"
"What???? you're at ???"
"Geezzz!!! really? ugh!! so stubborn!!"
Doctor Eunice said angrily as she makes her way to her own office at the hospital.

"What a jerk!" Doctor Eunice said as she spread her arms to embrace her cousin.

"Been so long, Nice!" Ethan said. He's the only cousin jerk that Eunice permitted to call her that.

"So long, Tantan!" Doctor Eunice smiled.

"Hey! let's have dinner outside, but, I wanted to see my patient's newborn twins, so, just wait here a minute" Eunice's voice in a hurry.

"Newborn twins?" Ethan asked as they walkthrough.
"Well then, let me take a look also, are they identical or paternal twins?"
"Just curious? but why does my heart beating in an abnormal rhythm?" Ethan blurted out.

"Because you are really abnormal!", Doctor Eunice said, while entering the room where the twins being treated for APGAR score and for newborn screening.
"They're paternal twins. Look at the baby boy? Seeing him? it really resembles your face. They're really cute, isn't it? See? the baby girl smiled at you! look at her dimples? so cute!"
Doctor Eunice said cheerfully.
"Can I hold them?" Ethan said reluctantly.
His heart beating erratically.
"Here! hold them both, and I'll take some pictures of you while holding them"
"So sweet of you cousin! oh my?! they seem to love your touch, see?"
