Ch14 The Game begins

"Mr. Rey, I understand what you mean but we can't just make Miss. Hano our presidential candidate." Mr. Philips, The minister of finance said after having an heated argument with the other board members of the party.

"And why is that?" Hano asked not giving Rey a chance to answer.

"Mr Arnold just died few days ago and you're too inexperienced for a position like this. Besides, we're not even members of the current ruling party and we can't guarantee that the president will make it easy for us to get the Pentagon. So it'll be a huge loss for our delegates." Mr. Philips explained frustrated.

"Look, we're not giving you an option here. I know about your thirst for fame and attention and I might be forced to help you get all you desire for but of course we won't want a mess would we?" Rey said calmly placing his hand on Mr. Philips' shoulder.

"Is that a threat?" The Minister of Justice asked seeing Rey's smirk.

"Oh why? I wouldn't dare to threaten our business partners now. I'm just- giving a friendly reminder. Well, we'll be here next Monday to sign the necessary documents so, we'll respectfully take out leave." Rey replied smiling widely as he led Hano out of the office.

The Ministers heaved a sigh of relief after seeing them leave.

"What do we do now?" The Minister of Justice asked.

"Not to worry, I'll have everything under control." Mr. Philips replied as he placed a phone call.

"Any news?" The female caller asked from the other end.

"We managed to stall them for a while but we don't think it'll last. Do something about it please." Mr. Philips replied as the call dropped.

"Let the games begin." She said glancing at documents on her table .

"Call that bug we have, let's play our cards right." She said to her secretary.....

"What do we do now?" Hano asked on their way to her office.

"I take you to work, I go to work and I send people to bring you back home." Rey replied sarcastically.

"This is serious Rey. What if they don't go with it?" Hano asked again with a worried expression.

"We get married and join forces then paint the whole country with their blood." Rey replied making a right turn.

"Stop using only fists to fight Rey, think with you head." Hano said frustrated.

"Look, stop worrying over petty things like this. They won't dare to say no unless they have a powerful back up to support them which they don't. Let's try focusing on other important stuff." Rey replied parking on the road side.

"And what's that?" She asked.

"Us. Starting from now you're my fiancée and we should start planning our wedding." He replied bluntly.

"And who said I wanted to get married to you." Hano replied shocked by Rey's calm expression. Her heart was thumping she was confused. Getting married to that bossy man who kills people like ants sounded like a suicide relationship but the same hands he killed with were enough to send electric wave signals through one's brain.

**He might be a pain in the ass sometimes but he's not that bad right?.....** She thought staring right at him.

"I don't want to. We should just stay as.... friends maybe." She added as she unbuckled her seatbelt and tried to open the car door.

"Open it." She said after failing to open the locked door. Rey unfastened his seatbelt and leaned onto her body.

"I wasn't giving you an option." He said tracing her lips with one finger.

"Stop Rey, we're in public someone might see us." She said trying to avoid his eyes meeting hers.

"What's wrong with teasing my fiancée?" He asked smiling.

"For the last time I'm no-" She almost completed as he ran his hand underneath her skirt.

"Don't worry, I'll make you beg for me." He said brushing his lips on hers. She bit her lower lip and took a deep breath. She was lost in his finger movements and softly moaned.

"R...Rey, stop..... Your fingers." She stammered trying to push him off.

"Your body says yes, why do you keep refusing." He replied pushing his middle and index finger deeper. She gripped his shirt breathing heavily fighting hard to keep her moans in.

"Now, will you marry me?" Rey asked kissing her neck.

"Do....Don't leave a.....hickey...." She replied ignoring his question.

"Answer me." Rey whispered biting her neck lightly while increasing the pace of his fingers underneath her.

"Just do whatever, I'm fine with it." She replied shutting her eyes tightly.

"I'll take that as a yes then." He said as her smirked and left her.

"You're soaking wet Miss. Hano." He added wiping his hand with a handkerchief.

"It was all because of you." Hano replied looking away to hide her red face and ears.

"You look so good right now. I don't want any one to ever see you like this except for me." He said enjoying her embarrassed and shy look.

"Please open the door now and let me leave." She pleaded bowing her head at the door.

"Give me a kiss on the cheek first." He answered smiling as he looked forward waiting for her peck.

"Stop doing this to me Rey. Just open the damn door." She said again frustrated by Rey.

"Kiss before action please." He replied igniting the car.

"Fine!" She stated as she closed in to kiss his cheek but then he turned his head and made her kiss him. She pulled back immediately.

"What is your problem you psycho?!" She screamed burning red.

"The door is open now." Rey answered as he pushed the unlock button while smiling. She quickly opened the door and rushed out storming off into the building.

"Cute and feisty." He said watching her as he zoomed off.

"The shareholders complained that the outlets at Qiantin point are too much so we should divide-" The manager explained during Rey's board meeting with his staff as he got distracted by a text on his phone, it was a file sent through an unknown number. He opened it and was shocked.

"Let's stop the meeting here for now. Mr. Manager your idea sounds nice you can send them in later for approval. I have something urgent to attend to right now." He said as he left the office hastily.

"What is the meaning of this?" He asked as soon as Ciara answered his call.

"What do you mean?" Ciara asked from the other end of the phone acting confused.

"Hano's sister sent me some files and you are the only link to those." He explained impatiently.

"Boss, I'm doing this for you. Hano is just a setback for you. You should think for yourself too don't let her control you." She replied calmly.

"Ciara stop this nonsense. I don't care if you have issues but never ever cross me, I will see to it that you die." He stated angrily.

"Woah, I guess the files really shake you up. I badly want to send them to The Minster of Justice too but I love you so much and it hurts to see you hurt." She replied smiling.

"What do you want?" He asked calming down.

"Marry me."
