Ch01~ What Hanora?
The Gunshot sounded faint from a distance, heart thumping sounds filled the air and the atmosphere was almost impossible to breathe in. Her eyes rolled backwards as she fell from the rooftop down with a hole on her shoulder. She landed on a car with her back and the alarm went off.....
Hano sprang up from the hospital bed, she held her head and winced in pain from a splitting headache.
"What's going on" she mumbled to herself
"Oh you're awake Mrs. Hano. I'm your Doctor, Elliot. How are you feeling now" The handsome looking man standing beside her bed said
"Just a really bad headache. Hano? who is Hano? I can't gather my thoughts together." she groaned supporting her head
"It's a injury you developed from an accident you had a month ago. As I'm presuming you have amnesia." he started "But not to worry after you get back to your daily affairs you might~" a call interrupted him in the middle of his explanation. He answered the phone
"Yes sir, she's awake now. Okay" He replied and dropped the call
"Permit me to leave now Mrs. Hano but your husband has arrived" He said, bowed his head a little and left her.
Two tall men were waiting at the doctors' office. The first man had a slim-muscular build with a tattoo on his left wrist. His skin looked perfect, he had two piercings on his left ear and one on his right. He wore a thin silver chain that matched his chain earring underneath his shirt. The second man on the other hand had a tee shirt on under his suit jacket, his tattoos were so bold and he had a really huge stature.
"Sorry i kept you waiting Mr. Rey. Just has expected, she has memory loss we can't say if it's temporary yet." Dr. Elliot said as he quivered under Rey's glare
"We're speaking of Hanora here. She isn't someone to be trusted. She might be faking it just to scheme her new plans" Rey replied in a cold voice
"I understand your worry sir. We can have her in check like you planned. I already told her she had a husband, she won't be able to do anything while she's under you" Dr. Elliot said with a awkward laugh
He rolled his eyes and headed towards her room, he slowly opened the door to peep at what she was doing but she wasn't in the room. He slammed the door and it alarmed his bodyguard
"Find her, she's trying to escape" He ordered hitting the door with his fists. He headed toward the elevator and collided with a petite looking lady. They fell and her IV fell to the ground.
"Maybe you should try walking with your eyes" Hano said trying to adjust her arm. She lifted her head nd her heart skipped a beat. She was marveled by his looks
"Handsome~" she said unconsciously staring at him
"Hano" He called staring right into her eyes
....The ward...
"So, you're my husband?" Hano started to break the awkward silence after the doctor had explained that Rey was her husband
**how did I get such a handsome guy as my husband? i don't remember anything but I so want to marry him all over again** she thought to herself while staring right at his face.
"Hano, I'm sorry I couldn't come earlier to save you" Rey said in a very cold tone
"Uhmmm... It's fine and that is what matters most to me. I'm all good now in fact I feel stronger" she said flexing her muscles playfully. Her laugh made Rey feel awkward
**she's entirely different, still pretty but I like this side of her** he thought watching her laugh
"You'll be discharged soon Mrs. Hano. I'll leave you two to catch up" Dr. Elliot said and left
Rey cleared his throat and was trying to find words to say when Hano stood up and attempted to hug him
**what's she doing? Is she trying to stab me from behind?!** He thought and just gripped her hands and swiftly changed positions to a bearhug.
Hano was flustered at the moment and so was Rey when he realized she wasn't holding anything. Her face burned from the heat of his cologne, blood rushed to her ear making it have a beautiful pink tone, she was completely buried under his body. He slowly released her
"Sorry I caught you by surprise. You loved bearhugs." He said trying to get rid of his embarrassment.
"You don't have to apologize, I should be apologizing for forgetting all about you and the love we had together. It must really feel hard on you" She said lowering her head
**does she really have amnesia? Hanora would never lower her head to anyone** he thought staring blankly at her
"Mmmhn, I'll leave now i have to get to work. I'll have anything you want delivered to you." He said leaving her in the room
"O..k.." Hano replied in the empty room
....The company...
He walked into the hallway storming off to his office, for some reason Rey was angry but not to anyone in particular
**did she really loose her memory** he thought to himself ignoring the employees who greeted him.
He sat on his office chair and leaned forward supporting his chin with his hands then he suddenly remembered the bearhug he gave her.
**why am I thinking of this** he said holding his chest
"Boss, the Regals have been on the move since last week, at this rate they'll get the drugs delivered to the Japanese border under Hiroshi's name" Todd, Reys' assistant and bodyguard said
"Send a mail to Miko tell him to get his crew ready and to stop them with full force and warn those animals that I might have to step in myself if they refuse to stop" He said as he picked up a document and started to flip through it.
"Oh, and don't forget to set up the house for Hano. I don't want her to know about any of this. I'll stay as a CEO husband to her" he added signing the documents with him
...Hano's space....
**urrgh there's absolutely nothing to do here I'm super bored** she thought playing with the tips of her hair
**how do I stop the Regals this time they're being more stubborn** Rey thought adjusting his cufflinks on the way to Hano's ward. He saw her playing with her hair and chuckled
"Come on Hano I figured you were bored" He said as he slowly disconnected the drip form her hands. She just stared at him blankly and let him do his thing. Suddenly he carried her up
"Let's go home" He said with a deep cold tone that sent shivers down her spine.
