Now last on the queue, Nash had to wait for his time to be attended. He was something when compared to the others, it was normal for other races to live together with each other nowadays but all of their clothes were normal ones, the majority of the people here didn't have money to buy expensive wares.

Though two decades ago the life was a lot harsher and Nash could notice that it got better only by taking a glimpse on their skin color and face, possessing more of a living condition now the people started to get healthier.

The protagonist not only felt stares but saw as well who was putting him on their eyes, and to say the least, a bunch of them were focused on Nash.

Not that he gave a damn, however he felt slightly pressured from all of this, Nash only kept walking until it was his time.

"Next." A female voice resounded. Nash hearing this went foward near the city's wall..

The attendant was behind a glass and had long brown hair, at first she was looking at Nash's strange clothes, maybe she was afraid that her eyes were going to suffer because the reflection of the sun on his clothes.

"Name and age please." She said finally looking at where my eyes were supposed to be.

Removing his mantle's hood - "Nash Umbra, 9 years old." Nash said to the woman that now took a good look on his own face.

She was fairly surprised with his face for being a bit cute, the kid's hair was long that it passed his shoulders, whoever gave birth to him was beautiful to say the least. And it was not hard to find out who his father was - "Umbra? Like the Neal Umbra? Woah, I heard his wife gave birth four years ago, so... you're like the brother?" The brunette said, it seems that his Neal had a slight fame here.

"I don't know if he told you but he used to work for the army, he passed through this town a couple of times." She completed. Nash nodded and said - "Right."

"Yeah, yeah sorry, I just got a little bit excited. If this is your first time entering you would need to pay, since your father contributed to the town I will let you pass! Don't tell anyone!" Saying this she proceeded to wink at Nash and press a green button that opened the door close to her.

Nash only looked at her and went on his way.

After Nash passed the gate he was welcomed to an amazing sight, the houses no more made of wood and as before seen on the check in, more glass. The people now used the transparent material to show what they are selling and even make doors with it.

His figure still called attention however, even so he hid his face with the cloak and started walking in search of a way to make money. He really wanted some normal clothes, attention is not a good thing for him.

A bath too was something that he came to like as well as food. Warmth felt really nice and in the forest he had problems with this - 'I should work a little bit there, at the Lancelot Guild.' Nash thought about the guild where you could offer your services and get fast money with your life on the line. Lancelot is the name of the hero, after my death other problems came to life and amazingly a hero was born. His name was Lancelot.

While asking people on the way, all of them were skeptic to answer him but even so he was led to the guild.

Outside you could already see the three story building with a huge sign on the wall outside the second floor, showing its name and an image of the guild.

The double door of the guild were made of wood. Only pushing the doors would made it open and so Nash did this.

Inside he could hear a lot of voices talking to each other and laughing, and in the majority of their hands, an ale could be found - 'It seems that they sell some alcohol here!' Nash thought happily about being able to have a drop of it.

When the double doors were pushed open some of the living beings inside already turned their heads over just to see a kid garbed in some shiny clothes, even if the color was not that rich, the details showed themselfs to be kind of luxurious.

With this new meat on the area, it caught curiosity and awareness of some, most of those who gave attention to the kid had just received the motivation to steal or get to know his background.

Nash of course was not oblivious to this and just decided to ignore it. He continued walking towards the other side of the building where a balcony was localized.

"Hello, sir... what'do you need?" When Nash was ahead of the table, the male there who was in what it seemed perfect posture flinched with the boy in front of him.

"How do I register here?" When he said that, the young male listening to him furrowed his eyebrowns and said - "Kid! How do you not know the rules?" Even if he was a little pissed off to waste his time, the man did a 'good' job trying to hide it.

"I just got here." The child kept it short while the man without patience just ducked and took some paper from under the table handing over to Nash.

In this handout a bunch of rules were wrinten for the new people. For Nash paper was already something rare and to use for this is weird already. As he started reading he saw that the age needed to register was 14. When he arrived at that point he stopped reading and thought - 'What a hassle.'

"Can I not just do something to earn some cash?" Nash said. This time someone else interrupted - "Hey brat, you should know that the moment you came in you should be careful, it's time for you to go. This place is for the grown ups! Haha!" A man in his thirties spoke out, he was one of those who were sitting on a table drinking.

Clearly drunk the middle aged man got close to Nash who said - "Or what?" When the words came out of Nash's mouth the big guy's face distorted into a.... rather angry one - "Or what..? Heh..." He joked looking at his friends.
