PART 121

" How are you feeling now dear?" Mr. Mariano asked putting his hand on hers. She looked at her father this time with tears glistening in her eyes. Mr. Mariano felt terrible at the scene.

" Dad.." Aurora whimpered crying. Mr. Mariano held her hand tightly.

" Dad, he betrayed me. He tried to kill me. He said I'm pathetic and weak. He misused my love." She said while crying hardly.

Mr. Mariano felt like dying hearing his daughter crying over a bustard.

" Don't cry angel. I'll kill him and burn down his territory. No one will even know their existence. They have hurt my daughter and I'll not let them go easily." He said making his voice deeper than usual.

Aurora again looked up and wiped her tears with other hand.

" No dad. You won't do anything by yourself." she said with determination.

Mr. Mariano furrowed his brows.

" What are you saying angel? Are you forgiving him after all these things just for love?"

Aurora again looked at her dad.

" No. I myself will destroy his territory in front of him. I'll go to his country and show him how to kill someone without back stabbing or using them. I must show him what this weak pathetic girl can do."

Mr. Mariano became shocked hearing these destructive words from his daughter. Never in his dream he thought Aurora would talk like that. But he felt weird. What if Aurora was going against her will just becuase she was hurt? What if she regrets later?

" But how will you do that angel? You don't belong to this world. Moreover you don't have any training."

" Then train me dad. I want to enter this world. I want to become the heir that everyone will fear even to look in the eyes, the powerful heir that no one can even think about."

Mr.Marianos eyes became big hearing her words. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. What happened to his angel?

" Are you sure sweetheart? I don't want you to get hurt and most importantly do something that your heart doesn't want."

Aurora looked up and sighed.

" It's time to put aside my heart and only listen to my brain dad. Don't worry I'll not regret my decision. Don't announce anything about me just now. Let them think they have won and enjoy their victory. I'll go in disguise and take training. My first mission will be PANTHER and I'll do it in one year. Just train me like the future queen. You trust me right?" Aurora said the last sentence looking back at her dad.

Mr.Mariano smiled.

" I have never doubted any of your decisions angel. I'll support you in your every step. I just wish your happiness."

Aurora looked outside the window. She was feeling nothing, nothing but anger, frustration.

" I don't know about my happiness dad. But I'll not let anyone make me your weakness anymore. I'll not let anyone target me just because they think I can't protect myself or our group. I'll be the queen that everyone will bow down to."

Mr. Mariano sadly smiled and squeezed Auroras hand to assure her.

" You will be the most powerful and feared queen dear. I'm proud of you. Just know that you are already strong enough. Show the world how ruthless a girl can be just like your mom."

Aurora nodded and didn't say anything. Mr. Mariano sat sometime more. Both were silent. But it was a comfortable silent. After sometime Mr. Mariano noticed Aurora has fallen asleep. He kissed her forehead and went outside to do some important work.

Charlie looked at Mr. Mariano feeling he was struggling to continue the story. It was a hard time for him too. He stood up and gave Mr. Mariano a glass of water. Mr. Mariano drank it all.

" I'm confused Sir." He said again sitting beside him.

" I know it was hard for her. But is this the only reason for her coldness? For being this much heartless? For not trusting anyone?" He continued.

Mr. Mariano looker at him and said, " I'm really confused that you have asked something like this instead of asking about her heart. Why are you not surprised at all?"

Charlie chuckled.

" Because I knew it from the first day I have come here."

Mr.Mariano furrowed his brows.

" How? Even Antonia doesn't know about it. Only angel and I know."

" You remember that traitor from our group? That disclosed our route?"

Mr. Mariano nodded.

" I saw her torturing him. It was brutal I must say. She said about her geart in front of him and I get to know it. Antonia was not there though."

" You saw her torturing someone in underground and you are not afraid?" Mr. Mariano asked becoming shocked.

Charlie chuckled seeing his reaction.

" I won't say that I didn't feel intimidated. But I saw her anger that day. I didn't get scared though. I have seen her both cruel and soft side and I have fallen deeply seeing her duality. I don't care how brutally she kills someone Sir. The only thing that matters to me is her. I know she will not do anything wrong ever."

Mr. Mariano looked at his daughter hearing those words. Charlie looked at her too.

" She is my first love Sir. I will protect her even if it costs my life. The anger, frustration all those things that she has gathered in herself I'll bring them out of her. I don't want her to be less dangerous though, I just want her to be careful about herself."

Mr. Mariano nodded.

" I'm finally relieved Charlie. Thank you for loving her this much that you understand her even without her saying anything to you. She really needs you dear. Stay beside her."

" I'll Sir. Trust me. But you didn't answer my question."

Mr.Mariano kept looking at Aurora.

" You are right Charlie. That's not the only thing which has made her like this. She has faced more than you can ever think of." He said sighing.

Charlie didn't interrupt him trying to say anything so Mr. Mariano continued.
