*Spoilers [ Title at the end ]*

"Okay, there are some blood stains here and there but don't worry about it, it's from the monsters i have killed before." Jack said while pointing at some blood-stained spots

"Now the first thing we are going to do is to get to know each other better, starting from our powers. Let me go first, this is my power" Jack said as a Black Ryyk Blade appeared on both of his hands, surprising Lily but what she saw next surprised her even more.

Jack's Ryyk blade transformed into a big Axe hold on Jack's right hand, thrice as big as Jacks head and then once again transformed into a sleek black Katana, he changed the form of his weapons a couple more times until Lily asked him to stop

"So...your powers are manifesting weapons?" Asked Lily as she kept staring at the menacing black machete in both of Jack's hand.

"Actually no, there are a lot more to that but this is the gist of it, you currently don't need to know that much but like i had promised before, I'll tell everything to you later, near int he future, now It's your turn, i need to know what you can do and come up with an efficient training regime." Jack declared with a firm tone, Lily's heart felt warm as he told her that he'll be keeping his promise, and probably doing it in the near future.

"uhm...i actually don't have any powers, i only have strength and speed far greater than most humans but that's it, my speed is not even 5% of yours though." Lily mumbled in a sad manner, she assumed that after knowing that she doesn't have any kind of special powers, he would be at the very least disappointed but no, it didn't happen

Lily looked up and saw Jack's suave face contemplating about something, she saw no disappointment or any of the kind, she waited for Jack's words nervously.

"Okay, I've got it, I'll train your body to the peak whilest training your martial skills and after those are done, I'll give you something special." Jack uttured the first part excitedly while the second part with a hint of mischief.

Lily couldn't care less what the surprise may be, she may be intrigued by it just a little but even if he have no gifts, she's already really grateful, as just training her is already so much, Lily hoped that one day, she'll be able to become stronger than Jack is and protect him, just like he protected her a few hours ago.

Jack saw the determination in Lily's eyes and nodded at it, he really appreciates her dedication, if she doesn't have at least this much of commitment to get stronger, he will not know what to do, as much as Jack hated, he really need to be harsh on her while instructing her or it won't bring that many benefits, not enough at least.

He wanted Lily to be at least S-Class strong, the Lily right now in his eyes is very fragile, one wrong encounter and she may suffer massive injuries, possibly death and he want to prevent it as much as possible.

While Jack will be protecting her most of the time, no one knows what's going to happen next so might as well be safe than sorry, if Lily ever suffer permanent injuries, he won't be able to forgive himself!

"Let's start by my body training method, there are two parts First is the normal body training, push-ups, squats, lunges and all that while the second part is a bit special, I'll teach your body how to move at a fast speed, just like a ninja, just like me."

Lily gasped at my announcement, though she is surprised, she can't suppressed her excitement from coming out when she heard me saying Ninja.

"So you're a ninja? And i'm gonna be one?" Lily asked in a hurried tone.

Jack chuckled and pats her head, he wanted to pull his hand back after realizing he had patted Lily instinctively but realizing Lily is not that bothered by it, he kept rubbing her head until he had his fill.

"Ok, enough fooling around, let's get started" Jack ordered

'Hmph, you're the one who's fooling around, even patting my head...though it felt good' Thought Lily as she followed Jack's instruction and get beside him

Jack told Lily to follow his actions to which Lily obliged, they started by doing push-ups, squats, lunges, sit-ups and more, with each being done 100 times. For Jack, this is just some warming up, he can even do this all day but since Lily had never done this kind of training, at least not this much before, she is having a hard time keeping up but nevertheless she managed to finish them with the help of her increased endurance and her own willpower.

"How...how can you not....*huft*....break even a little sweat after all...*huft*....that" blurted Lily, her clothes are now drenched in sweat, a lot of sweat at that.

'If only she wore white clothes' thought Jack with a little bit of sadness, but even though he thought that, he's actually really really happy just for the fact that Lily can keep up with him, he knew doing all this is really tiring after all they had done around 10 sets of exercise in just around 4 hours, pushing Lily to her limits.

There are times when Lily is really really tired and she kept squinting her eyebrows, trying to not give up and those kinds of moments almost made Jack want to stop her but he knew if he stop her there, she might feel that Jack is underestimating her, thus lowering her resolution.

[A/N : Im'ma be honest here, i have the perfect word other than resolution but my mind blanked...i lost the word :v]

Jack recalled the past 6 months of training he had done before....he felt like Lily is putting more effort than himself but he became stronger just because of his cheat, he doesn't even know how wishing for Venom's power makes him be strong that fast, he was aware that he shouldn't be this strong with the little amount of effort he exert.

He berated himself, he felt ashamed of himself, he wanted to just punch himself right now, after seeing how much Lily put on getting stronger, he realized a lot of things.

One of them is that he's not appreciative enough for the powers he had gained...only himself know that the effort he puts on training is less than half of what Lily is giving out. He made a vow to himself to exert the same amount of effort that Lily is giving out, he doesn't want Lily to be the only one working hard!

"A lot of training more or less, let's stop at this for today since you've exhausted a lot of your energy, I will be making this your routine for as long as you live with me, no buts, don't worry I'll be training with you too." Jack gushed, he smiled warmly to her as he sat down by her side, he wanted to thank Lily, if not for her, he might not realize something important

"Also, thank you." Jack murmured in a low voice but Lily is able to hear it

"Why?"

"For your hard work." Jack flashed her another smiled that warmed her heart as he got up and gave her his hand.

Lily grabbed the hand and got up, the distance between both of them are now only around 20 centimeters, Lily can almost hear Jack's breath while Jack well, he can hear her breath like it was at the front of his face, hearing Lily's heavy breathing made something in Jack's body rose up but he quickly calmed himself down while bashing himself for that.

"Lets go grab something to eat, you must be starving after all that." Jack then wanted to grab Lily's body and put her on a princess carry but Lily dodged him

"Don't carry me like that, it's embarrassing." Berated Lily, she remembered the feeling of being carried like a princess from before and can't stand it, if she receive anymore of that, she'll die of shame even though she enjoyed it.

Jack shrugged and squat his body and told Lily to get on his back, she felt that this is not that bad so she got on his back.

When she had laid herself on Jack's back, she could feel some sweat running through Jack's back but she didn't mind, she was currently enjoying being carried like this as Jack have a broad shoulder, it's comfortable she thought. Lily wrapped both of her arms on Jack's neck while her thighs are being held by Jack's hand.

"Ready?" Asked Jack

"Yeah" Jack dashed as soon as he heard her answer.

While Jack is running, Lily who is on his back is gazing towards his body and enjoying the comfort that she received from him.

She felt really blessed, she didn't know why the man in front of her is really caring towards her even when they're not that close before, she didn't know why he wanted to help her get stronger, she didn't know why she felt really safe while he is around, she didn't know a lot of things about Jack and herself.

But one thing that she herself knew is that she is lucky, she's lucky to get someone like him to care for her, to be by her side.

The first time Lily heard Jack is going to train her, she accepted because she want to be stronger, to protect herself but now, she wanted to protect something else

She wanted to protect the warmth that reached out to her when she's cold, the light that shines her way, the man who she had feelings for

She wanted to protect him, she wanted to protect Jack, the man in front of her with all of her power.

She made a 2 vows to herself and the heavens, 1 is that she will cherish every single second she spent with him, every little moment they shared

while the other is to protect those moments and her love with her life, no matter what.

As she made the Vow, as if the heavens accepts her, an invincible lightning strike stroke her body, no one can see it, no one can feel it, not even Jack

She felt something ran through her back and widen her eyes and if one saw her eyes, one could see a flame burning vigorously, brighter by the second until it vanished and went into her her body.

The limiter had been lifted.
