73 Changing What Was Impossible

"What happened? When we left and went into the town he was fine." Nicholas heard someone say.

He felt exhausted and couldn't open his eyes.

He knew he had passed out due to a combination of things, an over-excretion of his magic as well as the impact of his magic and Marcus' colliding.

"We need to move again soon." Nicholas knew this time that the one speaking was Dion.

"Does he show any signs of waking?" Ysmira asked as the prince tried his best to move his body, but to no avail.

"He's conscious, but he can't move." Dion told the group.

Despite being unable to move or even open his eyes, Nicholas could sense that everyone, including the two little girls, Farrah and Lily, were surrounding him.

It must have come as a shock to most of them that Nicholas could already hear their discussion.

"Your highness, we need to move. You being unconscious is not exactly convenient for us." Dion informed him as Nicholas felt himself being lifted up and probably being strapped on a horse.
