Cold Demon Killmonger!

"Swish!"

"Thud!"

"Swirl!"

"Splash!"

Under my powerful strikes that know no retreat, my courage broke the common sense of this newfound world.

They say, bravery is the ability to confront something painful or difficult or dangerous without any fear, but I would like to display what bravery armed with experience could show.

Two crocs fell, either pierced in the head or inside of its jaws.

The relentless question of who is the predator and who is the prey came to an end.

Blood was leaking out, gushed like a fountain that dyed the grassy hills in scarlet blood.

I stood alone at the top of the hill, drunk in my own victory.

Breathing deeply, I sighed.

"I finally killed these two." looking down at the now lifeless body of two behemoth crocs that my eyes had opened and closed from exhaustion.

I achieved a feat that none from any tribesmen could hope to muster.

Miguel laid his arms low and squatted down, trying to recover some of his energy and is preparing for another battle.

"Woaah! Such tenacity and courage!" The Man in the tree gasped in awe

I had been observing this brat for a while, he had the skills of a great warrior!

No, not just great! it is genius!

"He had killed half of the dozen crocs which no one would believe if told."

If not because I witnessed this today, I would not believe it either.

"Ack! urghh the pain..." The man in the tree suddenly screeched and looked down at his wounded feet.

The bleeding had subsided but a noticeable deep hole was still bleeding.

He grimaced in pain but still excited by this new finding.

"Now, hurry up and gift this man another unforgettable bloody battle."

"I can't wait to get out from this tree." shifting his gaze towards the remaining six crocs who are patiently waiting for his meat.

"Damn it! If I am not bleeding, they could have left."

"Why are they still here? This is strange."

...

"Brother! He did it! Badong did it!" delighted by Miguel's Victory and close to a stitch fight, Aen bellowed towards Malpi.

"All thanks to your assistance Aen..." Smiling in return, Malpi complimented the smallest among them.

"Hehe" blushing due to the Malpi's compliment, Aen went to Miguel and offered him water.

...

"What's that?" I asked the shortest among the bunch who seemed to be giving me some sort of parched hides sawn but tattered.

It looked like a jug.

I can't see clearly, my head is spinning and my back head ached a bit.

I'm so exhausted to even lif my fingers...

"For you. Thanks!" The Alipin smiled, I felt his deep gratitude from the bottom of his heart.

"Don't look at me with those eyes..." I softly muttered.

This is similar to when my soldiers thanked me after our victorious skirmishes.

As I stared at his face, brown and although young he had deep wrinkles at his forehead.

His face then, overlapped to one of my soldiers...

"Don't! Wait for my orders..."

"Huh? Badong, what are you suddenly saying?"

I heaved a sigh, I seem to have lightly hallucinated for a brief moment as the face of my former soldier gradually faded.

And while I recollected my senses, this Alipin in front of me continued to yak, tapped, and jabbered the hell out me.

"I am Aen, feel free to drink all the water inside. We can just go and refill that later."

"You are very cool just now."

"What was that spear your Holding?"

"Is that yours?"

"How did you managed to last that long?"

"Damn it..." if he still continued I feel like beating this guy into a pulp.

After a few breaths, I felt my strength faintly returning.

I better reply some short sentences and shoo this guy away.

But seriously how can someone be so insensitive?

"We were worried at you just a little long ago when you—"

"Hey!" I interrupted his fervent speech

"Thanks for your assistance a while ago, but I have to rest for a bit. Go return there and wait for my signal then pass those remaining spikes to me."

"Ah yes..."

"But.. seriously, just for a monkey?"

"Damn this idiot! He still thinks its a monkey."

And here I am being guilty of calling them an idiot...

I sighed as I gasped for a tiny wisp of air.

Then, with tired eyes, I slowly gazed up at this guy's retreating back and immediately drank up the water inside the small jug.

Squeezing it tight, the jug was emptied within three breaths.

What was his name again?

"Hmm Aen, right?"

"Hey! ...Aen!" I loudly yelled while I tossed him the empty jug.

The surprised Aen when turning his head failed to catch the jug but then immediately picked it up and paced up a walk to return at the top of the hill where the other two Alipin was located.

"I better get this things done already..."

.

.

.

...

"Hold these three rods. On my signal toss me one of each after I killed one and successfully climbed back here."

"UNDERSTAND!"

The Alipin whose name was Aen fidgeted a little before vehemently nodding.

Miguel proceeded in his attempt.

He walked slowly at the end of the cliff where the densely packed remaining crocs were swimming, waiting for a chance to lung against Miguel.

Miguel then, observed for a while then when he saw that one of the crocs became isolated, he tightly gripped the spike he was holding and without hesitation, he jumped on the isolated crocodile.

"Damn fcker! Meet your end!"

If Miguel could growl in their language, the crocs probably had fled in terror.

But what can a tiny brat like Miguel do? In their eyes this young kid is nothing...

Miguel accurately pointed the sharp end of the spike at the head of the crocodile and when he landed, the crocodile's flesh was pierced. His shells became useless under the force of gravity.

The crocodile let out a loud shriek as it wailed through his death and then Miguel who now busily swam the river twisted the spike while roughly pulling it out from the crocodile's head.

Croc floated dead.

Lifeless and bloodied.

The surrounding crocodiles witnessed what had just happened and they all turned aggressive towards Miguel, the three of them hurriedly went to approach Argus at the same time.

Its common sense for a person to flee when witnessing someone kill a person, but that instinct failed to apply when it comes to these savage behemoth crocs.

Looking at this scene anyone would turn pale from fright and the scene of three crocodiles approaching you from behind...

Who wouldn't be afraid?

But Miguel remained calm and with a confident smile, his gaze swept pass at the towering broken boats as he planted a hole in each of the boats to use as a climbing platform in order for him to go up.

He signaled Aen as he waved his hand.

Aen momentarily stared blankly at the corpse of the crocodile before faintly nodding towards Miguel and he tossed one of the spikes he was preparing towards the ground above Miguel.

Then another massacre and display of courageous feat continued...

Five crocs remained.

At this moment, Miguel was like the reaper of death God who even punished the savage beasts for turning greedy.

One word: Savage!

Two words: Wild Hunt!

Three words: Cold Demon Killmonger!

Aen shuddered at the thought of going against Miguel.

Why did he even think of that in the first place?

As he shrugged himself, he obediently tossed another Bamboo spike.

Alright, the chapter is done!

Hope you liked it.

now kindly, patiently wait for the next chapters.
