Yagnos's territory is located near the mountains where there is an accessible lake. When haggling with the previous owner of the place, he said somebody that he can't see seemed to be living in this place.
He never mentioned what it was but according to him, he had multiple accidents while trying to make a plot of land ready for farming. Often times when he is alone, he would feel as if somebody is standing at his back, sometimes he would trip for no reason and tumble to the ground. But what made him really determined to sell the place, even by going far as to sell it at a lower price than usual, is that every night he would be attacked with nightmares.
And so, with a firm and solemn warning, plus a reminder "Never take water from the well." Yagnos was able to get this enormous place that is even enough to build a tiny village if he wants with a mere two boxes of gold and pearls.
