"You are good?" Maximus asked Katherine, and she nodded hesitantly.

"Thank you," She said, not looking into his eyes anymore as he looked directly at her.

"You should be mindful of your image. What were you thinking?" Maximus asked, and Katherine was about to answer when she realized this question was intended for Prince Elwin, who didn't avert his gaze from Maximus like he usually does.

"I don't think there was anything inappropriate with my actions. As royal guests it's normal for the princes or royal family to interact with them," Prince Elwin said.

Maximus smirked again. He looked at Prince Elwin and stepped closer.

"You are right. It's normal for the princes to interact with the guests, but it has its boundaries too. Don't cross it. You have a woman by your side here," Maximus said before he held Katherine's hand and pulled her to the side, deeper into the forest, away from everyone, leaving Prince Elwin speechless.
