In the heart of Japan Tokyo, one of the largest metropolitan area in the world, in our society today we have reached an era of peace after many many wars. But it seems Haruto is fighting a war of his own. 

He stays in his own apartment afraid of going outside and hearing whispers upon whispers on a daily basis. It feels wrong for him to intrude on strangers deepest darkest secrets, this power manifested in secondary school he can't even think of his parents and his friends the same way. He dosen't want this power. He wants rid of it. And will go to any lengths to do it.

But on the bright side, he has one best friend. Ian. For some reason his powers don't seem to go affect with him and he's the only one who knows of this powerful source of power Haruto has. Haruto feels a sense of relief when he's with him, it gives him hope that he could control this power.
