5 5. Time at the Park

When me and Momo went the park. the park was bustling with people. There were a lot of people at the park with their kids. This is the most diverse things I have ever seen in my life. There were people that had antennas on their heads. I think I saw some people producing water to cool off their heads as it was the epitome of summer heat right now.

I wasn't really interested about playing with anyone but Momo was smiling from ear to ear. she was so cute that I could not control myself and pinched her cheeks so hard that they went red. She hurriedly moved my hands away from her cheeks and rubbed them because of the irritation and pouted.

Momo: Mou..... Don't pinch my cheeks onii-chan or I won't talk to you. ( with a cute pouting face)

Vegeta: Okay okay I won't pinch your cheeks. So what do you want to do now. ( With a smile while patting her head)

Momo: Lets see hmm. . .(While having a finger on her cheek) I know lets go play and make some friends.

We started walking towards a couple of kids. While we were walking towards I saw them looking towards and talking.

Random Kid 1: Hey you know who they are? ( To another kid while pointing at us)

Random kid 2: No I don't know who they are but that girl looks cute and that guy with her looks very arrogant.

Vegeta was walking with his arms folded on his chest and his face tilted a bit high trying to look haughty which in adult's eyes just made him look cute.

Kid 1: Hey who are you guys? Never saw you guys before. Are you new?

Momo: Yes we are here to make new friends and play together. Will you be my friend?

Kid 2: Hmph. Who is going to be friends with you. You look like a wimp and we don't like girls in our group. (Trying to be mean and putting a scowling face)

Kid group: Yeah who wants a girl in our group. Go away shoo shoo. (Saying in unison as a group)

Momo after hearing what they said started tearing up. She was really looking forward to making new friends and playing exciting games as she only plays with Vegeta at her house. Vegeta looking from the side started fuming in rage at how they were treating his sister. He always treated her like a princess and always tried to fulfil her every request.

Vegeta: Oi watch your tongue on how you speak to my sister. Lets go Momo we will find other people to make friends with. ( with an angry face)

Looking at Vegeta the kids flinched for a sec then they started trash talking to the duo of brother and sister. Vegeta did not say anything, He just up and left. He has not gone down enough to start arguing with kids.

As they were walking they saw a periwinkle haired girl playing by herself in the sand and making sand castle. Vegeta immediately recognised her as Nejire and both of them went to her. She was being really cheerful even when playing alone.

Momo: Hello, Can we play with you. ( with a pleading voice as she had a bad experience)

Nejire: Oh hello. Who are you? You look cute. Who is that with you? why are his hair so straight up? Is it his quirk or is just styling them? Why does he look so angry? And why is he standing like that?

She started to to rapid fire questions at them in her usually bubbly personality. Momo hearing her was really troubled on how and how not to answer her as she asked so many questions at the same time.

even Vegeta was stunned for a second and looked at her in a daze from all those rapid fire questions and absentmindedly started to stroke her hair like he does with Momo.

Momo: Can you please slow down and can we play with you.

Nejire: Of course you can play with me. My name is Nejire Hado and what about you two?

Momo: Hi I am Momo Yaoyorozu. Lets be friends.

Vegeta: Hmph. Vegeta Yaoyorozu.

Nejire: Hey why are you acting like that. Is something wrong with you? Are you feeling nervous? ( With her head tilted looking really cute.)

Momo: No there is nothing wrong with him. He just acts like that to anyone he does not know. Once you get to know him. He is really nice.(Speaking cheerfully and defending her brother)

Nejire: What do you want to play?

Momo: Leys play tag and catch each other.

After that they played the whole day together. It went really well for all three of them and they quickly became friend even though Nejire was 2 years older than them. They even got to know Nejire's parents when they came to pick her up. They introduced themselves and asked Nejire to visit their home and play with them. They really hit it off. They were behaving like they knew each other for ages.

A/N: Well guys slice of life day in the park. Where we introduced Nejire and ngl I want to make her a love interest so we are going with the childhood friend route to not make it look all that forced it will look a bit. I am not too well versed in relationships.
